  1. To do with the CVA ? It says for an adminstration order and this is what google threw to the top - although it says it is only for individuals not business' http://www.uswitch.com/debt-help/administration-orders/
  2. Rangers will always be the club that have exsisted since 1872 - the companies that own the club may come and go but the club will always be the same!
  3. Also taken from Wiki - 'MK Dons originally claimed the history of Wimbledon F.C. as its own, but stopped doing so in 2007' 'MK Dons has maintained since 2007 that it is a new team, founded in 2004' Also the FA and Football League were both actually against the move and it was a indepedant tribunal that sanctioned the move that the FA and Football League had to abide by, and we all know about independant tribunals. Be all and end all we are gonig to have to agree to disagree.
  4. MK Don's is classed as being formed in 2004 and does not state claim to Wimbledon's history. i.e FA Cup win in 1988. I actually thought Wimbledon were previously called AFC like Sunderland used to have over Roker Park as part of their name. Still don't class MK Don's (as per above) and Wimbledon as the same.
  5. Exactly the name of the company is irrelevent, the facts are we are Rangers, come from Glasgow and play at Ibrox.
  6. In my eyes - because they know they have more chance of getting something from the club than they have from Whyte!
  7. I think it basically gives more time for negotiations to take place which we are lacking at the moment. Not sure thou and was the big question that came to my head during the press conference.
  8. It wouldnt be Rangers, just like MK Don's is not AFC Wimbledon!
  9. If Glasgow's finest did their job they wouldn't be able to get anywhere near
  10. Parents grew up in Motherwell and Newarthill, I was born in Lanark - now live in Birmingham
  11. With the removal of Ticketus and with BK on board I am slowly beginning to swing to the TBK but only just.
  12. I'm sure it's just someone of the same name......any one confirm?
  13. Got a bottle of bubbly sat in the cupboard that I got from work 18 months ago....hmmm tonight might be the night to open it!
  14. Just caught the las t sentance what was said?
  15. I thought he had pulled out then at first!
  16. This wouldn't be the Rangers I have supported for the last 25+ years
  17. My thoughts on it was that they have had to be seen on doing something to avoid the theory of conspiracy from the Piggery, and now that is done is almost ready to welcome and appeal which they will accept and drop the sanctions. Positive spin on it anyway
  18. Must admit everyone sounded as if they were gleaming with joy. 'If that's the rules that's the rules' Aye made up rules along the way.
  19. Another thought, if the SFA are stating Whyte is not fit and proper now, then why was a test not carried out at the time of his appointment. As a member have they not let us down by not conducting this test at the time of the take over? Can we not then bring charges against the SFA regarding this?
  20. Not sure although I have not been paying that much closeness...he's a nothing now. I thought they wrote off some of the debt for a bigger share control of MIH?
  21. He is still sweating, his other business are not in the best of shape and I am sure Lloyds took over even more control as a debt pay off earlier this year.
  22. I think from memory newco's fromt the Non-League set up in England normally end up in about step 6. So we would have the following league climb... Northern League Div 2 Northern League Div 1 Evostick Premier League 1 North Evostick Premier Premier Division Conference North Conference And that's before we even get to the Football League and League 2.
  23. As far as I am aware or would presume it would be like an IVA (Individual instead of Company) and paid back over three or five years I think. Although could be quite flexible on terms possibly to due to the amounts involved.
