If he wasnt sent off, and the penalrt was missed, Ghana have actually lost out a fair bit in that situation. It's very unlucky on the Aussies, but imo its a fair rule. If they could have awarded an outright goal, and given him a yellow that would be better though.

Ive played it a few times, fucking dangerous sport, its pretty much a cricket ball they fire about with sticks with no body protection whatsoever, and swinging the bat around your head (therefore into other peoples heads) is pretty common.
