  1. Ah!, but does he have secret aspirations to be a left back?
  2. Mitre Mouldmaster + Fifty Pitches black ash on a freezing Saturday morning = scrubbing brush on the knees from my gran.
  3. Lord Baden-Powell says," there is only so much you can be prepared for!"
  4. That's just a 'Tale from Topographic Ocean'
  5. Is that Ally Scott, that we signed from Queens Park, in the picture, the player that the Gk's right knee is pointing towards?
  6. From security to the catering it was shocking, the stadium itself was filthy. Got searched by police going asked what had in bag, told him, including power bank and suncream and he pointed and told me to go over to a police woman to show, she didn't want to know and told me, in her best passed of Spanish to just go! No consistency in the item being not allowed in. There was a lassie on our flight back with no passport as they tossed it with other stuff in the bin, luckily the rep was good and was helping her through at both sides.
  7. Should have asked him how his kind managed to get old.
  8. Was at the Newcastle game at Ibrox, something sticks in my mind that they had two big forwards, one was Davies I think, their tactics at corners was, one stood off the park at near post and came into play. He went mental when the ref kept giving us a foul for it and eventually booked him.
  9. I was there with my dad and grandpa, it was something new at the time, might even have been the first time there had been a beam back in Scotland. I remember the ref stopping the game and getting John Greig, as Rangers captain, to got up to our fans at Elland Rd. and ask them to settle down as it was getting a bit tasty between both sets of fans. 10. Popeye will be pleased, they've found Alice the Goon!
  11. Also how can I pay the ST in full? You can pay it in full through the bank transfer. The details of accounts etc are in the Season Ticket FAQ section under " how to renew".If you are having trouble finding it I probably can find the details again. I wouldn't bother with name change either ,apart from losing Mygers it will cost £20 I think. Good luck
  12. 4 mates had booked a flat in Alicante, they've just had email to say it's now not available. Pissed off doesn't cover it! Probably owners trying to get more money.
  13. They will need to change everything in the stadium that has the name 'Seville' associated with it, the hordes would demand it.
  14. This Seville thing they're obsessed about, wrote books about, wrote and performed plays about,; they got beat in Seville, didn't they?, so why the hell, if you got gubbed in a final, would you keep going on about 'Seville '? Strange breed indeed, professional tear shedders.
  15. I agree with your sentiment regarding not taking the ticket as it's for corporate or connections. The corporate/connections thing has been going on for years, and I understand the reasoning behind it, to generate money from sponsors etc., but too many tickets are used up that way. However, I think you should take a ticket if offered, (if that is the case), as I would rather a proper fan, who actually goes to games and supports the club gets an opportunity to go rather than some random person who has never been to a game in their lives and is just going as it's a freebie. Too many true supports lose out.
  16. It'll tell you in your confirmation email. EDIT, made an arse of it, just checked mine and it doesn't tell you in the confirmation email, just the price and no dodgy singing!!! Sorry!!!
  17. I'm on CCCS too, just checked and the payment is in the 'Pending' section of credit card statement. Try checking in there if your credit card provider has the facility to check, I know some don't. They have been a good few days late collecting some payments this season for me too, must just be the wondrous system we have in operation.
  18. Have you spoken to Mark McGhee about it?
  19. Absolutely love the way the can't handle us, 'The opposition', they really know how to embarrass themselves and look stupid to the wider world. I hope now that our board realise the level of people they are dealing with when trying to build bridges.
  20. He's been through some tough times with the club and has, as far as I remember, always stood up to his responsibilities as our captain. Full article here, BBC unfortunately. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/61114828
  21. Might have Eric Morecombe in the ticket office?....1:25 minutes in YouTubehttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uMPEUcVyJsc
