Said this the other day in a thread. Having him and Bougherra back will be a huge boast. Bougherra means some stability in defence and McCulloch brings fight to the midfield which is 10x more important than what Edu brings.

rfc52 posted earlier that someone who he works with is close to AJ and he said that yesterday a lot of paperwork was done and its a step closer. Lets just hope its the truth.

Along with Bougherra. Our team is almost back to full strength with McCulloch not far away too. I would be a lot more confident in winning the league with Weiss and Bartley still here. If we can find a better rhythm soon we should make it over the line as Champions Tuesday and Sunday could be worrying times the way were playing just now

Definitely the quality of the squad in my opinion. On paper, the team(s) look great but to me there are too may differences between the players in our squad. Some are happy to sit back and get the odd 1-0 win such as Whittaker, Edu, Papac, McCulloch on the occasion, whereas others are trying to push on and grab another like Davis, Naismith, Jelavic and Weiss when he was here. These problems should sort themselves out next year, hopefully, but the balance of the team is a real worry.

any chance you could arrange for 10,000 HSV fans to come over to Ibrox a couple of times a season ? Might help spice things up a bit in Glasgow just now Amazing displays.
