After recent goings in within the club mainly cash worries Ive been thinking should the board bring in some sort of wage cap with players getting say 25% of their wages garunteed then the remaining 75% win "bonus" so to speak and mabye 50% for a draw. It gives the players extra incentive to go and win every game (I know as pro's they already do) and if they do draw/lose its means money for the club which could be used elsewhere like getting auchenhowie back up to standard. Thoughts?? Could it work or would it prevent players actully coming to Ibrox
