Of course they can be replaced. But if you’re to rank our squad in order of performance. You’d probably have Lundstrum and Tav top 5 outfield performers this year.

Don’t get this obsession with replacing those guys and not the guys down the list?

Other than “they’ve been here a long time” argument.

We’re 3 points behind in the league. If we’d had better wingers, a striker and some decent replacement options instead of the dross like Dowell that come in, we’d be top.

So why is the knee jerk always “replace Tav” or Lundstram

In regards to replacing Lundstram, I’ve no clue what he’s on but I imagine he’d be one of the biggest earners and would probably want at least a small wage increase to stay. Say he’s on £25k+ a week for talking sake, it’s not great value for money is it. Massive money for us a for a midfielder who drops far too deep and doesn’t really contribute massively. Hate to give them any sort of credit but look at what the tims get out of hatate and o’reilly and I would be shocked if any them are close to what Lundstram earns coming from Japan and legaue 1 in England.

  2. Personally don’t think they’ll make us go to Killie away again think it’ll be St Mirren. Also the Tim’s need to play someone at home for a third time and it’ll be a fucking disgrace if that’s killie, then having to go to rugby park again could be big.

Can't beat em, join em. Beaton is a shitebag that should've booked Carter Vickers booting the ball away, meaning the yellow he got should've been his 2nd.  The Goldson hand ball was deflected on to his arm from a yard away.  Our disallowed goal was soft as fuck and probably outwith the jurisdiction of VAR anyway.  Alistair Johnston should've seen a second yellow for the penalty he gave away, and Carter Vickers, who should already have been off the field, wiped out Cantwell with an off the ground lunge worthy of a straight red in the final few seconds of the game

What's their gripe again? The stonewall penalty should somehow bot been given because.... Silva's knee wasn't kicked hard enough?  Something like that?

I don’t think he got booked at all mate.

Dermot Gallagher on Sky saying that Beaton got our penalty decision correct so that'll be him added to the conspiracy.

Up until a few weeks back I was working in a bookies and had sky sports news on and ref watch was on. It was about their game at Tynecastle and Dermott Gallagher had said that Hearts' penalty was a penalty and a tim in the place called him a H** and a orange bastard so I think he's already on the list.

Said it before but I don't think Lawrence has the required athleticism/dynamism - especially in these types of games. Too slow in his actions and in a foot race.

Chuck in his need to do a fake shot or chop every time he gets the ball.

Dowell effort for the third was unforgivable, would have taken little effort for him to apply a bit of pressure to the player who put the pass through. Honestly think we don’t concede that we would’ve won game.

Aye mate totally. Didn't even get out of a jog.

  7. Thought Lundstram got off light yesterday, never showed up. Main issue with Diomande is he tries to force it a bit too much, yes he’s positive but he’ll play balls that are never on. Would like to see Sterling back in there at some point. Can’t believe the amount of people giving Dowell praise because he had two decent runs with the ball. Was a disgrace for their third and could’ve shipped a forth with an absolutely ridiculous pass across our box. Less seen of him the better.

Scott Wright hasn’t been mentioned enough from what I’ve seen. He done nothing in that game, not one thing in 45 minutes. He didn’t press, he didn’t do anything with the ball, most of the time he was marking space jogging about

I was worried after his previous performances in these games but fuck me he was even worse than I expected. I was making the case for him being a better option than McCausland/Matondo down the right earlier in the week but you could’ve put a cardboard cut out there in the first half and it would’ve done more

Nothing else needs said about Wright frankly.
