That's the problem. All these coments of Fleck scoring a hatrick/brace today after most fans continually getting on his back. We build him up so much that when it comes to the game if he miss lays a pass were right on his back. A problem we have had for sometime with supporting our youth I ashamedly admit. He's only 20 so its not too late to get behind him and give him the support he needs. Who knows he may just grow to be the player we hope he can be. Just don't put everything we have on him then spit venom with every bad decision he makes!
