  1. What's wrong with Coatbridge Ha ha ha ha It's not THAT bad. Yet.
  2. He's not going to pull through. Once it has spread unfortunately there is no way back. It is a shame for the big man. I have watched too many people die of this and it is no fun.
  3. I wouldn;t be too unhappy with that to be honest

    Bin Files

Hey all. Needing a bit of help with bin files. I am trying to get some games onto my PSP but they are in bin file format. I am loading them onto daemon tools, but I have no idea what file I take from there and transfer onto my PSP. Anyone help??
  6. I sincerely doubt that's the case mate. I think he'll stay without a pay rise at all, knowing that he's got a brilliant chance of seeing some champions league football. He could actually be a key factor in us making the last 16 as well if we play him with Novo or Miller in a 4-4-2. He's more a rangers man, than a gold digger! You're missing the point, doesn't matter if you are a Rangers man or no, Boyd has earned that right to put himself in that wage bracket. No way he will settle on the same wage and sign a new contract after what he knows and his achievement last season. As for him signing a new deal just to play Champions league football, he'll be lucky if Walter selects him for Europe as we have found out many times in the past. He should and will get a pay rise. I think the point is will he ask for the amount Birmingham were willing to pay him or will he settle for less to play for Rangers. I believe he will settle for less than the Birmingham offer. See this is where we are nearly on the same page, Yes he should want improve terms will he get it off us.... I don't think we'll budge, more like us to cash in. Well if we want to keep him we will need to offer improved terms. As you say, a natural progression in football. BUt I still don;t think he will ask anywhere near what Birmingham offered him as he knows we can;t do that. I don;t think he wanted to stay with us just to break 100 goals and get a league winners medal. He would have got a medal anyway, and I think double money would certainly hae helped forget the 100 goals moment. As far as I am aware he knocked it back because he simply didn;t want to leave Rangers. He's a Goalscorer he would have wanted to break that record, and be part of league winning team, accepting a medal for playing half way through a season isn't the same. I'm not saying he will ask for £30,000 a week (as what was touted what Birmingham offered), but he will want a improved offer to take him to the £20,000+ bracket and in this financial time and don't think we'll give him that. Even when we've offloaded the deadwood. I can see us trying to sell, but time will tell. I think he will ask for more. But I also believe that WS will say he has to prove himself outside the box on a week to week basis to get the kind of money the big earners make. I suppose we will have to wait and see. We may cash in on him. I hope not. He does score a shit load of goals but I think WS will use his out of box lack of work as an attempt to bring his wage demands down.
  7. I don;t care who we get in the group, I would just like to progress into the last 16 at least.

  10. QUOTE ( @ Jun 9 2009, 04:06 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}> We don't know that for sure, Boyd has proven himself to be pretty unselfish with money in the past and he's shown himself to be loyal to us so far. Think we are being naive if we think after he's broke 100 goals for us, he wont want a wage increase to match our top earners at the club. In a way we only have ourselves to blame cause we opened the door in January to see what he could earn, as for loyalty in football those days are well gone! If he was chasing the money that badly he would have gone in January. But he stayed. He was offered a huge wage rise and knocked it back to stay with the team he loves. I want to keep him. His work has improved by a vast amount and if he can keep that level then so be it. But I would rather he bang the goals in. Of course the games he sin;t banging them in, his work is allowing him to be a valued team member.
  11. I would keep him definately. Why get rid of a player who can bag us 30 goals per season.
  12. I'm with you mate, knock off Nigel it is.
  13. Why re-build a winning team?? Let's build on the team instead of re-building
  14. I'm over the moon with recent weeks, but we always have to look to improve, and, move forward.....for example, check Sir Alex pro-match interview! You aren't looking forward though mate. You are talking of us at this minute. That isn;t looking to improve. Maybe if you had started this thread with what we need to improve instead of just slagging us off, people would have taken you more seriously
  15. Now now, let's not make too much sense here. We have won the double so our team are slaggged and rightly so.
  16. No such thing as being happy in this forum
  17. I think it is because they decided it a couple months back. You are right though. It makes an even more mockery of scottish football than it already is.
  18. I think he is a good impact player. Comes in when we aren't doing great on the park and spurs us into something.
  19. Who cares?? Just so long as we score and Utd don't
  20. I suppose it is easy to type something like that when YOU are risking absolutely nothing. If he had gone straight in there it could have ended his career.
