No. If we win all our games before the split we'll win the league.

As stated above, I hae' ma' doots also, but I am being told that what the Herod and its sister taig-rag the E. Tims carried today was, quote, "bollox!" Let no-one forget, we've got a cup final coming up this weekend and the Herod's favourites will be trying to hang onto that crucial 2nd spot in the SPL. Nothing like a bit of Rangers-bating to get 'ra Hoops faif-full feeling good about life again, even though life for them means winning fuck all. It's called sleight-of-hand. The taig journalists are good at it. the times article was written by chief Rangers hater Gerry Braiden Maybe the feel if they write about it often enough they'll start believing it's true

Would Barry Ferguson make a good Assistant Manager for Rangers
Steely replied to donmac's topic in Jimmy Bell's Kitroom
If he proves himself at a different club then I don't see why not. You can't just presume he will be a poor assistant just becuse you don't like him. None of us will know until he takes a job and gives it a go. If he does and he does well, then why not be at Rangers? -
Let them get to the final, where they are so close to winning something this season, then, rip it away from them. It could not be better.

maybe our youngsters aren't as good??

Because it would stick in their throats to admit it.

Ally McCoist still wants to manage Rangers

If he does become manager, hopefully he will be a major success -
Another perception on recent claims by contacts/boss
Steely replied to Shipyard Blues's topic in Jimmy Bell's Kitroom
Something we agree on finally, their whispering campaign does them no credit and has caused more proiblems than it's solved. and its something that those organising the protest called for as well Well i agree with them as well...... The silence from these gentlemen is doing no-one any favours , it leads to nothing but speculation I believe they should come out and tell us exactly what their plans are not doing so means I`m unlikely to back them as I have no idea what the hell I`m voting for doesn`t mean the club shouldn`t be speaking to us all at the same time I think we all need to know what is going on and IF anyone is trying to buy our club. If a consortium exists why are they not showing themselves? -

Why not?? Are you going to say cos he played for celtic?? How narrow minded if you do. I'm curious to know what you think is narrow minded about that? You think he is a bad player...wont give his all...ir not wholly concentrated in being a great rangers player just becouse he played for celtic?? You think he can be one of our greats just because he played for our biggst rivals?? That, my friend, is narrow minded You've missed the key point here. He said Miller wasnt a true ranger, he never said he doesnt give his all or that he couldnt be a great. (Which btw he wont!) A true ranger is people who are rangers through and through. Always have been always will be and someone who would always have rangers best interest at heart. Which when Miller scored v us for the scum i dont think he did then...? Wel each to their own I suppose. He celebrated scoring a goal. Celtic were his employers at the time. He also celebrated just as much when he scored two against them for us. However that doesn't seem to matter. So who is a true Ranger nowadays??

why? if you have 3 or 4 influential seasons then that is more than enough. Just think we are too quick to say someone is a legend after 2 or 3 seasons. However if weir has another exceptional season I may be convinced. Isn't Laudrup in the hall of fame?? How long was he with us?? 4 seasons?
-
why would we loan him? why would any manager send a promising youth to Rangers under Smith? Why not?? Are you going to suggest that Smith doesn't play youth??? That is just farcical and really means he doesn;t play the youth you want him to play. He has played Naismith, Davis, Fleck this season already. Added to that Wylde was on today. So what youth is he not playing??

Out of town bears. What do the glaswegian bears think?
Steely replied to billythebear1986's topic in Jimmy Bell's Kitroom
Let me rephrase it. What I meant was these people having a go at him weren't real supporters, they'd go to maybe one or two games a season. My dad would go to a bit more than that as he'd head along to a game when Rangers weren't playing. He was a Rangers fan though and travelled down to watch them play all the time. Actually he told me he used to be on the same bus as Ally McCoist when he played for St Johnstone and travelled down to see Rangers play. No bother mate get you now. Your first post gave the impression he was at dundee games more than rangers games. Im kinda the same in the sense I made 2 airdrie games last season and know airdrie "fans" who made none. I was in Airdries ground a couple months ago for a study day. Nice stadium. I always thought Broomfield was better though. I think when they changed th stadium, they dropped the atmosphere. Albion Rovers would be my local team Supported Rangers all my life though. -
I can;t see anyone signing now. Hope I am wrong though
