Ally is a great man, but sadly it's not working out for him as manager of Rangers football club, his team lack all the basic skills needed to progress and the players don't appear to be willing to dig deep for him. Something is not right, the players we have should be of a good enough standard to turn in good performances week in week out in the 3rd division and should be able to compete with SPL teams ... as we did against Motherwell, but that now looks to be a one off and seems light years ago now Players signed from SPL clubs are going backwards since joining us in the summer , its obvious that for whatever reason Ally is not getting the best out of the players he brought in. Sometimes its glaringly obvious that a club needs change at management level , I think we have reached that point and Ally should step aside and let a new man take the hot seat, somebody with fresh ideas who can kick some life into the team... Its all going very stale.
