  1. You will lol. Mestalla was half empty v Man United. They will open up an additional section for Rangers supporters buying tickets on the day.
  2. It was sung very loud and very proud on Saturday. As it has been at away matches this season.
  3. 49,000 at Bursaspor? you should have gone to specsavers
  4. The Billy Boys.. well it's not new but it has re-invented itself, oh how i loved to hear the sound of Hello! Hello! back at Ibrox
  5. What would you ask? The questions seemed appropriate. Why no flute band on the pitch at half time? When are we going to announce plans to commemorate King Billy with a bronze statue? All the really important questions?.. Out of interest?
  6. Congratulations on your enlightenment. He does his job very well.
  7. haha. I love when that happens. Long way to go yet.
  8. Rangers season ticket sales are around 38,000, the attendance was 44,000, thats approx 6,000 over and above season ticket holders still paying good money. 44,000 is a very respectable turn out. I would love to see 51,000 every week paying over the odds to watch SPL football but it's not realistic. As far as leaving early as concerned, as i said before, it used to irritate me but i'm over it, they miss a lot of good goals. you wouldnt go to the cinema and leave before the film is finished so you can get home early, why the football?
  9. It's not shite mate, many supporters who would have otherwise went to matches can't now because of being made redundant, job uncertainty, 2 income families being reduced to 1, money is tight for a lot of people and splashing out to see your team no matter how much you love them to watch Motherwell simply can't always be justified. An average SPL match can't be compared to an Old Firm derby. I pay my dues, season ticket holder, european packages and an away trip to Valencia and it is bloody expensive, I have mates who simply can't afford it, their no less a bluenose than me.
  10. Only 44,000 eh, a mere 44,000 turned up to watch Rangers v Motherwell.. Rubbish mate.. For Rangers to attract 44,000 supporters in the current climate is incredible, Both season tickets and individual match tickets do not represent value for money and are amongst the highest in europe. We still attract more fans on a regular basis than many top european clubs.
  11. It used to annoy me.. but not anymore.. the amount of goals these people miss is unbelievable. I'll continue to support my team for the full match, let them hurry home early.
  12. Up the falls! Derrys Walls! We will follow on. Another statement that clears absolutely nothing up. So if someone calls me directly a h**, that is offensive/sectarian? BUT if the same person calls a group of Rangers fans collectively h*** then it is not? I'm not even going to try and work out the logic, it's far too early in the day.
  13. Scumbags. At hampden he had nothing but the full support behind him, fantastic performance. All the Rangers lads done their country proud
  14. I go and support my country almost every home match, and have been on away trips to Norway and Wales, with my mates, all of whom are season ticket holders at Ibrox. The only thing i have encountered is good natured banter. I'm proud to support my country and my club, i don't buy this club v country pish. Rangers are and always will be a proud Scottish and British club.
  15. When ally takes over as manager we will have new owners.. he will have a £40,000,000 + 'war chest' to spend.. the debt will be wiped.. we will announce plans to increase the stadium capacity to 70,000 and Rangers will start issuing banning orders for people who sit on the arse and don't vocally support the team.
  16. The main difference between the two sets of supporters are.. .. celtic fans are paranoid, there is no establishment and they get all hot and sweaty and start keyboard bashing when we sing a song that offends them. Rangers supporters are simply highlighting blatant double standards in how our club and supporters is reported in the media compared to that of others. We are not offended by it but we are aware of it
  17. It's not a dreaded break for me as i'm a proud Scotland supporter and will be at hampden cheering on my country and i cannot frickin wait
  18. As mentioned above there are alot of immigrants from north africa in spain.. Being muslims, sadly there is alot of bad feeling towards Britain / America, when British fans roll into town they may see it as a chance to have a go.. As i will be in Valencia.. Come on then you cunts lol nah.. They worship Bougie, when i was in tunisia last year, (muslim neighbours to algeria) there were a lot of Rangers tops on the locals! I was surprised.
  19. Yes, the Rangers official has always been seated alongside the blue order, i'm not sure of the reason why, but he has always been there. Maybe as the blue order are an official singing section in the clubs eyes. keep an eye on them etc. I'm sure a currect member will clarify.
  20. If you want to celebrate the life and achievments of a football player, then there may be a case for a round of applause as a fitting tribute. But to even suggest this could be appropriate to remember supporters who died tragically would be nothing short of an insult to their memory and Rangers would not entertain this. If those idiots want to boo, whistle, shout remarks during this, then let them, we are fully aware that they cannot respect the dead, they will be shown up yet again for what they are, brainwashed scumbags.. and they have the brass to label us scotlands shame.
  21. Going by previous experience of spanish grounds, they will open up a section for away supporters, attendances have been poor at the mestalla and i noticed many empty seats against man united. From a security and financial point of view, it makes sense for them to open up a section for travelling fans without tickets. I'm sure this will be the case.
  22. I have never really bought into the Daily Ranger / Daily Rebel / The H**, Both sets of fans thinking the papers are biased towards the other. I'm a Daily Record and Sunday Mail man. After reading the post on here regarding david edgar i thought i would check out the news of the world web site and couldn't believe the obvious anti rangers sentiment. On the Home page there are FOUR 'News' stories linked to Rangers - Rangers fan chief reveals death-threat hell I bet they loved this one, money talks. Extra £1m paid into Gers tax loophole Another doom and gloom Gers owe a 900million to the tax man Leah Shevlin in court date For having tinted windows, hardly national news! Swore point for Gers fan For saying Cunt Twats
