  1. As a young chap of the age of 22 .. My first real memories of Rangers were the tail end of the 90s.. Although Mark Hatelys comeback and being red carded against Celtic sticks out in my mind. also defeat to hearts in 1998 cup final was my first dissapointed as a young bear.
  2. Not the first time the idea has come up. I'm of no doubt though that Old Firm B teams would dominate lower divisions.. If they didnt.. the players wouldnt be good enough to make the first team.. defeating the whole purpose. Could be a good idea but could also make a farce of the lower leagues. hmmmmm.
  3. To play football for Rangers alongside his role as The Stig on Top Gear deserves alot of respect. To Lee
  4. I asked my Grandfather this years ago, he said it was from the bible - for he is our god and we are the people of his pasture the flock under his care. I thought this was common knowledge amongst bears as my mates know this also.. apparently not
  5. When i first became a season ticket holder it was in the Govan Front, half way line, great view..... I lasted 3 league matches and asked for a transfer.
  6. It's expensive that's why, the fact that we are getting 45,000 to most matches is an achievment in itself compared with clubs arounf europe. You just have to look at the Dortmund supporters boycotting a match because their tickets broke the 20euro mark.. And they are watching pretty good football.
  7. I didnt say we were founded as a Protestant club, i said traditionally our club has a protestant support.. which is correct. Also, a man does not have to attend church to have a belief in God, the teachings of the christian faith or have protestant values. We Are The People
  8. When a player signs for Rangers, he becomes an honorary protestant.. Does freedom of speech still exsist? We are traditionaly a Protestant club with a fan base coming from the Protestant community, The protestant faith, Protesting the errors of rome (no pope of rome, no chapels to sadden my eyes etc.).. To deny us this song, is denying our right to religious freedom
  9. How dare that taig refer to me as a H** .. in all seriousness it's becoming more wide spread, even by journalists.. It is a disgrace
  10. This cartoon is a disgrace, I'm sick of being freely classed as a H** by idiots in the celtic support and now the media? Arseholes.
  11. Come on, this has to be a wined up . Is there nothing that bunch of greeting face, permanently offended idiots won't complain about regarding Rangers. They are obsessed with us
  12. Stan Collymore has spent more time in a police station than in the champions league
  13. Getting a point against the 'biggest' and 'richest' club in the world is a total humiliation for scottish football lol, i want some of what your mates are smoking! We could always start playing the celtic way which consists of being pumped away from home every time!
  14. No! No Pope of Rome! fantastic support tonight, very proud.
  15. All the best and a speedy recovery, great talent.
  16. You are a disgrace. Andy Gray is a Bear and how the hell can you have a dig at lafferty? 'supporter' my arse. well done every Ranger, we are the people.
  17. The Rampant Rangers will come through. We are the People
  18. Yes. There are four of us going to Valencia, 2 are in the travel club, the other two joined the wait list after the draw was made, none expected to be offered tickets for manchester but both were offered tickets that were returnd by thomas cook, one took it, the other has work commitments. It's a simple and effective system, if you want to follow Rangers in Europe.. Join the travel club
  19. You say you were too late to get your form in, why didn't you ask to be added to the wait list? you would then have been offered one of the unsold tickets for manchester, It just sounds like you have a touch of the sour grapes about not getting a ticket
  20. You fcuk off I agree some what, but alot of supporters simply arent singing it due to this. I want the entire Brox belting out Hullo Hullo!
  21. If you want to follow Rangers in Europe.. Join the travel club, Simple Will you be complaining about the Valencia or Bursaspor ticket allocation? Have you complained in the past about Stuttgart or Lisbon tickets?.. Or is it just Man United? Anyone who wanted to follow Rangers in europe, had the chance to join the travel club, you can't start moaning when we draw a big team and youre not entitled to tickets.
  22. Surely as a support we can change one word and get our anthem back, frightning the opposition with the amazing noise at Ibrox on European nights. It would not take a genius to change a word or line, ''were up to our knees in trophies no surrender or you'll die'' etc. Watp
  23. I can't see there being any trouble for this match. I don't travel with Rangers/Thomas Cook, always as an independant. I take exception to having the arse ripped out of me money wise for wanting to follow my team. I'm going to Valencia via madrid, 3 days with the lads for £170.00 each including hotels. Bargain.
  24. point taken as far as returning tickets, although if a supporter wants to follow Rangers in europe he can join the travel club, you have to have a system such as the travel club in place. It's the fairest way of distributing tickets.
