I just hope we afford him the patience he deserves. He needs at least one or two seasons to learn his trade. He needs bad results, he needs bad press, he needs to build his team over a couple of seasons.
Then, hopefully he delivers us years of success.

I’m cynical, because I year ago I thought:
Dorrans: good premier league experience, will add quality to the middle of the park.
Alves: quality center back who’ll add steel to the center defence.
Pena & Hererra: Mexican internationals, must be decent enough.
The proof is in the pudding.

You’ve got to look at the players aswell. Maybe they weren’t being coached properly, but they should have at least kept themselves fit.

When you look at that. We were so successful from 86 until 2012.

I plan in watching this later on in work for 2 reasons.

Jazz Jutula was good for Rangers reserves in the 90s. Don’t even think he made a first team appearance.

I think it’s a great appointment by the board. I also think we’ll need to be patient with the guy. He isn’t a miracle worker. managers end up good only with experience.
