  1. Sure someone mentioned it earlier, but if you watch the clips of the incident, at one point his right hand seems to be trying to get something from his back pocket, maybe he was carrying a knife, not that it will ever be reported .
  2. Spot on mate, I thought it was over the top when I watched it at the game, but in hindsight, my lad is 21, he was lucky enough to be at Kilmarnock when we clinched our last title, but most of those kids on the park have never seen us put up a legitimate title challenge, It’s no wonder they are getting a “bit excited”, wait till you see me come April if we’re still in the mix !!
  3. Tell that to the fans who missed the first 15min stuck under that daft wee tunnel bit trying to get in, one steward standing there, without a clue what he should be doing.
  4. We have drawn away against the best team in our group, won at home, conceding 1 away goal (clearly off side)and drawing one at home, without conceding a goal . Can’t believe the negativity on here.
  5. The transfer window isn't even closed, we have new signings who haven't played a full 90 min yet, but they already need a 4 day break ? Then he talks pish about dogs and caravans,...This guy worries me more every time I listen to him !!
  6. See all the folk greeting about the seven grand fine costing the club etc....don't worry about it, all us dafties who paid £20 to join the travel club will cover it ten fold.
  7. Good luck with that one mate, most of the pubs there will have German football on, not many British pubs there at all.
  8. Barrie gets to the bye line regularly and cuts inside or outside the full back, if he could look up and find a blue shirt with his final pass we would have scored a lot more goals the last couple of season, at the moment that is his major downfall, his final ball is usually just driven into a cluster of defenders in the six yard box, we need to remember his age though (he is still learning, as well as playing his first full season at this level) hopefully as he matures he will start to find the time to look up more and find players arriving around the edge of the box, that's when we will know his real value.
  9. Certainly looks like your right about King, what chance have we got when our own board members can't even get on with him.
  10. Spot on, sadly your last sentence looks like being the defining factor in where we go next, it all depends on whether the current board have withheld money from the management team or we have another backer coming in who's willing to back us financially, let's hope there is money somewhere, or it's going to be a hard few years ahead.
  11. As I see your location is West Lothian, can you please tell me if you travel on a supporters bus ? I also travel on a supporters bus from that area, and I can honestly say there is no way these figures are even remotely close, either on my bus, or others I've traveled on through the years, so where are you getting your stats from ? I actually shouldn't have got involved here, as I have thought for a long time that you are on a continuous fishing trip ,and I've just given you another bite.
  12. Never once did I say it was fine, just don't think you should be telling guys to "fuck off",because they let of a smoke bomb, would you have been on here ranting if the papers hadn't highlighted it. Flares -not allowed smoke bombs- not allowed. Standing-not allowed certain songs-not allowed drinking on busses-not allowed standing on the stair well- not allowed smoking in the toilets- not allowed. Do you want everyone who does any of the above, to "fuck off" from supporting our club ?..... Oh forgot, unacceptable language - not allowed That will be you watching it on the telly as well then !!
  13. "They're not allowed", the sad thing is you got seven likes, and before you start on me, I couldn't give a shit about smoke bombs, I'm a middle aged man. my point is, it doesn't matter what we do, the press will always find something to put us down, if it hadn't been the smoke bombs it would have been something else. No one threw flares. think you should stop believing what you read in the papers, they have a tendency to make up stories (usually about big bad Rangers fans), I know it's "not allowed",but they do it anyway, maybe you should drop them a line.
  14. Quite a few of my mates are on that flight, they are getting the half nine train to Leipzig from Berlin hbf.
  15. Think that could be ma baldy heed half way through that phone footage....best night off my life !! never forget folk running along the roofs of all the yellow busses wi flags flying high, and yes the Fiorentina fans and police, we're both fantastic towards us.
  16. Would have thought the 2nd would have been a public holiday in England, considering the 1st is a Sunday ? Could be wrong, the rest makes sense.
  17. Everyone should read again, no one on here has endorsed a minutes applause, it has, and always will be a silence, the original post asked would the SPFL allow a silence or would they change it to applause. As it has nothing to do with the SPFL whatsoever, so therefore it was just a really daft question that has been shot down in every other post.
  18. Don't think there will be a silence, if it was the 1st Jan, then possibly, but can't see us having one on the 31st, as someone said Ibrox will be open on the 2nd for the short service we hold every year.
  19. Cant believe this is going ahead, many of the pubs through my way close early after we play them, either because of trouble, or to avoid trouble, there is no chance they are going to be able to do that on hogmanay, it's a recipe for disaster, not just in Glasgow, but in every town and village in the country.
  20. Don't know why you brought up toilets in the context of my post, also nowhere did I mention being offended or ask anyone to debate who's displays are worse...My post was pointing out that what happened from their support on Saturday, might not stay confined to football stadiums forever, neither did I ask you to take sides on religious grounds, as all religions should be concerned when there is an upsurge of republican/nationalist ideology being allowed to grow in their city's. But hey ho,since your an atheist snp voter, there's nothing to bother you,...they might even let you have a corner of one of their banners when you meet up in George square.
  21. Nothing on the banners or dolls was football related on Saturday, except the Rangers scarf around the neck of one of the supposedly executed dolls, so for that reason, it's not all about the football, anyone with PUL leanings (which is a large percentage of our support) should feel challenged and concerned. These acts won't stay confined to football stadiums for long. Note -Coatbridge cenotaph being vandalised yesterday.
  22. I'm not sure what the police are saying here, is it .... They saw the dolls hanging, but did not take action because no one was offended enough to report it at the time, making the comments that 90% of their fans were disgusted by it as utter nonsense, or.... They never saw the dolls hanging at the time, so need someone to report it now, before they will look into it. If it's the latter, then it actually frightening that there was two life size effigies hanging by the neck from the top tier of the stand and not one of their officers spotted them.
  23. Na mate, sorry, Springfield red where the busses were parked today, heading up to the cross where the Springfield vaults used to be at parkhead cross.
  24. I'm that age, where phones are for talking to people, if you don't believe it happened that's up to you.
