This is exactly the way that I see it. There is general instruction but no actual micro management. We can't use administration as an excuse for yesterday really, our team on the park probably gets paid more than the Kilmarnock team yet were worse in performance. This tells us that we are profligate with our money and if we had the correct scouting system and performance coaching we could do more with playing less. Every team that turns up at Ibrox, looks fitter and sharper (with the exception of a few games this season ). They look like they have a gameplay. Yesterday I watched their captain barking instruction and taking an active leadership role. Our captain look like he just wanted everyone to go away. Bocanegra looks slightly more suited to the role but isn't aggressive enough. Our youth set up are never top of their leagues for long so that tells us that in depth coaching based on solid scouting doesn't happen. You always see opposing managers coaches being motivational fm the side lines. Ours are standing their with woolly bonnets and arms folded. If I looked to the sidelines during a game in the hope of inspiration, that would be it. We need toug, no nonsense management at the moment who actively encourages back to basic coaching.
