  1. Apparently more to follow with regards to Mcparlands practices.....
  2. Didn't know that Stewart Robertson was on the Motherwell board who voted us out, Get him to Fuck, As for the rest of the board It feels like control of Rangers is more important than proper investment which will be needed if we are to compete with the tarriers.
  3. One of The management team leaked information to the press regarding a meeting that they had with the board where they were held to account over our current predicament.
  4. I thinkthe board get a bye with Mark Warburton he was given money in the summer and fucked it. They have also dealt with this situation quite shrewdly compared to Mccoist or Mcdowell. The next appointment will need to be the right one for the Board.
  5. I think the next couple of months will determine whether we have a player or not. If he doesn't perform between now and the summer I would try and recoup some of the cash we spent on him.
  6. Kenny Miller is one of the players in that team who have earned a new contract. He is a great example to younger players at the Club.
  7. His recruitment over the summer lost him his job, We matched the tarriers in the Semi and pulled off one of the greatest wins over the them. I didn't expect us to win the league this year but to be so far away and only one of the summer signings are first team regulars Clint Hill 38. No progress or even a glimpse of us getting better. I hope that we keep aspects of play that Warburton implemented but we need to be quicker in what we do and defend well. Pointless having 60% possession and having a shit defence who look vunerable every time the opposition attack.
  8. If we go to a more director of Football role the ethos of the Club stays the same no matter who the coach is. We dont have to change everything from top to bottom, it also allows alot more control at Boardroom level as well.
  9. When Wes was in the First Division him coming off his line to claim crosses was one of the things I noticed about him because Cammy Bell used to never come off his line. I don't know if he has been coached to stay on his line by MW or his confidence is shot with the central defenders in front of him. The Hearts game he was terrible and he should never have thrown the ball to Halliday there. His distribution with the ball at his feet was quite poor as well.
  10. Mark Warburton increased the wage bill by 4million in the summer he has had money to spend and out of the players he signed I would only keep Wes.
  11. We need someone like Souness in his thirties with the fight to take this on.
  12. I think we have been quite shrewd in this after the shambles of the last couple of weeks to go and ask to speak to another club they have a cheek.
  13. He's gone, whether he was pushed or resigned is minor details it's who we recruit now.
  14. Joe Garner honest pro that he is nothing like Hately who was class.
  15. I don't blame him for everthing but his summer signings have not worked out, He could have done without the added pressure of going for 55 but he has brought high earners in and handed out contracts to some players who are never going to cut it at this level. We have got to get ourselves up to pace at Boardroom and Manager Level. The Board raised the expectation level with the going for 55 but even with that if they had given him more money would he have brought in the players we need Ball winning midfielder or Quick Strong Centre half he would probably have bought 2 more attacking midfielders.
  16. The Myth that Warburton hasn't been backed financially, Our wage bill went up by 4million a year and anytime he has spent money it has been wasted. We don't have the resorces to be wasting money.
  17. We are capable of a total collapse our defence gives me the fear,
  18. If we are going to get rid of Warburton before the end of the season which I can't see happening unless we have a total collapse, I would hope we would look further than ex manager of Rangers or Someone we know we should look at all the available candidates if we are going to change the manager it needs to be for the better not a side ways step. Warburton might pull this back beating the tarriers at there midden might change alot of minds or even Winning the Scottish cup, any more capitulations like Hearts and he will be gone.
  19. I would have Nuno Capucho before Calderwood. Capucho returned to Porto in the 2007 summer, being charged with training its junior sides for several years. His first job at the professional level occurred in 2015–16, when he led newly promoted Varzim S.C. to the ninth place (from 24 teams) in the Segunda Liga; he subsequently moved to the top flight with neighbours Rio Ave FC,[4] being fired in early November 2016 due to poor results.
