All we needed was a convincing win to kickstart the positivity before the summer. If we can quickly add some quality and start moving on the deadwood, the momentum will keep building. 

They played every bit like a team that has already won the league but we can only focus on ourselves and beat what’s in front of us. That was a dominant win and really good performances from Cantwell and Raskin.

Reminds me a bit of Bassey the stature of the guy.

I think Sterling’s athleticism and size is a big factor. We’ve missed physicality all over the park and if we could replace Barisic or Davies with a lad as physical as this I think that’s a good step especially on a free.

It was the lack of managerial experience for me that I wouldn't have gone for Beale. 
Until the last month or so though results had lifted (although performances still weren't great). I think the downturn may have coincided with players being told if they are / aren't part of the plans for next season. 
He's got a few things to work on, but is clearly a good coach and does deserve the summer window to establish his own squad and style of play. I just hope he doesn't double down on the way we played under Gerrard and expect different results.
Pressure is on him straight away next season though.

The job was too big for him when Gio left now I only see it  ending one way. If we had a Scottish Cup final to look forward to after stopping the rot there would be alot more positively. He had 2 big chances in one off games to avoid the negativity and he failed. He has made his own job harder. 

Cringworthy interviews can't believe we appointed him. With the size of the job and what's needed. Looks like we are going to back him with more funds and fingers crossed it works out. 

Were winning nothing under Beale, he had 2 chances to lay a marker and he failed, our defence is shocking and we are always trying to walk the ball in. He stopped the rot for a bit but not even laying a glove on them in the 2 important games will be his legacy. He will get the summer but he already looks out of his depth and I just think it is too big a job for him. He beats them at the weekend it's a bit hollow to be honest. 

If he is successful then Rangers will be doing well and that is what we all want, I just have this nagging doubt we might be looking for a new manager by Christmas. 
I so hope I am wrong and he can shut that fat Flange up next season.

Ideally a more experienced coach would have been my choice too at this stage of Beale's managerial career, someone with a bit of experience dealing with different personalities and players who will be at it with him. 
I think getting a manager with the stature of Gio was the right move, but his style and demeanor wasn't a good fit for the Scottish game. 
You could go further back with the strange managerial choices too. Warburton hadn't masses of experience, Murty none, Pedro used to a completely different style of football and underestimated the Scottish game.
