The Bigger Picture. How The Fuck Do We Stop This Rot ?
carrickblue replied to tannerall's topic in Jimmy Bell's Kitroom
Pedro needs to be the best bargain basement talent shopper football has ever seen. We need to find some substantial, solid defenders, legs and craft in midfield and a couple of goal hungry beasts up front. Failing that, one of us has to win big on the Euromillions and blow it all on decent professionals. -

this line up needs to start next week. I know they have backed off and are happy with 2-0 but the last 10/15 minutes has been a lot better from us -

I can't remember a Rangers team play as poorly as this in an Old Firm game - even when we've been at the wrong end of a big scoreline we've put up more of a fight than this -

pretty incredible it's only 1 nil although apart from the goal they've not really made many chances with all that possession can we really be as poor second half? -

Has anyone told Pedro that we usually consider matches against this lot to be important? Maybe he thinks it's a friendly. -

can't believe we made no attempt to attack them when they were down to 10 - truly pathetic performance so far, we need a miracle -
http://www.parliament.scot/gettinginvolved/petitions/index.aspx We need someone to kick-off an e-petition to the Scottish parliament calling on the government to conduct a full and independent inquiry into the assaults upon the players and staff of the Rangers Football Club after the final whistle at the Scottish Cup Final, Hampden Park, Glasgow on 21 May 2016. I'd do it myself but I'm in Northern Ireland and I think you've to be resident in Scotland to register. If we could get everyone behind a single, well-crafted petition it'd help keep yesterday's shameful events in the public eye and widen the issues beyond the football authorities. While we're at it, a separate petition to Westminster might be a good thing too.

Superb statement, I'm proud of the club. I hope this issue gains some attention in the UK media, it'll show how twisted and corrupt the football authorities are in this country. There's a lot of folk will have to react - our First Minister for one.

Rod Petrie says it was just a bit of exuberance, nothing to get excited about. So that'll be the SFA's position then. Joke. -
An Idea Regarding Potential Boycotts If They Strip Titles
carrickblue replied to K.A.I's topic in Jimmy Bell's Kitroom
I don't believe titles will be affected. But if they do act against us in this way, I would love us to organise a guard of honour for our team as they arrive at an away ground - for our fans to not buy tickets and fill the coffers of our opponents - but to stay outside their ground and applaud our team as they leave again after the match. It'll never happen, the police wouldn't allow it - but it might satisfy people who feel we should boycott away game and those who will still feel that the priority is to show our support for the team. -
Make your minds up that's physically impossible
-
my bet would be that Davie Weir has told him about what leading a successful Rangers side can be like - he'll not need to be here too long before he gets the bug
-
I'm not bothered, they are condemned to another year in the Championship, we are still on the road back. Are you laughing tonight Rod Petrie?
