  1. Even if KIllie were to go down instead of Hibs, the Championship looks more interesting than the one horse race
  2. Does that mean Hearts would suffer another points deduction if they are in admin at the start of next season?
  3. the league has to be the number one priority next season, any run in any cup competition would just be icing on the cake
  4. So now it's down to Killie v Hibs at the weekend - who would ever have believed you could have Rangers, Hearts and Hibs in the second tier of Scottish football - it is crazy really.
  5. Fancy Hibs and Hearts next season? Hibs are making a really good go at getting relegated too
  6. unbeaten in the league all season, over 100 points, a goal difference +88 - it's another record breaking season. next year will be a lot tougher but i'm confident the boys will be ready for it.
  7. doesn't matter if it's the diddymens cup final or not, it was a cup final and that was not a performance fitting of Rangers FC. the guys had better shape up next week or we get thumped on our own turf.
  8. shocking - the whole day was shocking, that's all i can say
  9. tbh i think if we were in the SPL this season we could very well be lying 2nd or 3rd - it'd be wrong to judge on a one-off match against a SPL side. we're not that bad, really!
  10. Look guys you've got this all wrong he was referring to Pacific Shelf 595 Ltd
  11. Assuming we get past Falkirk it's a pretty good draw at this stage. At least 4 Premiership sides won't make it to the next round, possibly more. Fancy a decent wee run in the Cup
  12. Sad news, a great player from a great era in Rangers' history. Thoughtsand prayers with Fernando and his family
  13. they had an uncharacteristically poor start and were bottom of the league for the first time in my memory but recently they've decided the game is actually about putting the ball in the goal more often than the other team so things are starting to look up. they're 4 points off the top of the table.
  14. An eight quid stake on Rangers to win and Linfield to win this weekend will give a return of £16.90 - that's got to be some sort of karma.
  15. I started a completely innocent thread on record breaking this season a couple of weeks ago and got roundly abused by some on here. Yes we want to win the league but if records are in sight why shouldn't we go for them WATP
  16. does anyone know the record goal difference in Scottish football? In England, Chelsea finished the 2009\10 season with a goal difference of plus 71 Rangers are plus 17 after 4 games. Another record beckons?
  17. i think a lot of folks here are missing the key difference between the treatment of Rangers and the treatment of other clubs. when we were in diffs there was a concerted effort by the rest of the football family to put us out of business forever. that failed, partly because the SFL clubs acted responsibly but also because Rangers supporters stuck by the club through think and thin. do you not remember people were discussing what other teams we'd all start supporting when there was no Rangers to follow? Nothing about Scottish football should surprise us now, it's the absolute pits run by a bunch of idiots
  18. A tasty one - nil away win. Second leg at Windsor Park next Thursday
  19. I know a few of you will slag me for putting this here but also many of you will want to join me in congratulating Linfield on their away win in Greece tonight. Great job...
  20. if the SFL clubs know what they want out of this deal, this is the time to get it. take it to the wire and if it's not good enough, walk away
  21. The demise of Scottish football is pretty unbelievable; the SPFL won't fix it and the news about Hearts today just illustrates how precarious clubs are. Nothing has happened that'll bring more people through turnstiles every week - the product is the same as it was before and that's a turn-off. one problem is that there are simply too many clubs for the size of the population and with the Premier League next door interest in the game in Scotland will continue to wane. Celtic may want to be the only big fish in a tiny pond but that will only last so long, european coefficients will make progressing in europe more and more difficult so that is a vulnerable income stream and we all saw the empty seats with just one season of an uncompetitive league. I'm gutted CG has gone, I feel he was the only one who might make a serious persistent effort to secure a future for Rangers beyond Scotland - the current board certainly won't. It's a desperate mess....
  22. does anyone know where the Belfast shop will be?
