  1. So is this the rumour so far ... TWIX was the night before Christmas when Charlie was seen getting into a TAXI to the MILKY BAR, to meet Mr Terry's to do a deal. Just AFTER EIGHT They left and sources have sightings of them entering the LION BAR, MARS BAR and STAR BAR. Discussions between them are rumoured to be that the 72 bar will be renamed the TERRY'S CHOCOLATE BAR for two seasons and that there would be a healthy BOUNTY in it for the club. If the rumour is true it will be met with sheer TURKISH DELIGHT. Charlie, a very good business man, wants to BOOST the bank balance of the club, and knows how to push the CHOCOLATE BUTTONS of a would-be investor, without getting his SNICKERS in a TWIST. A few WISPA's at Ibrox suggest that TERRY'S CHOCOLATE ORANGE may sponser a strip, which came as a KINDER SURPRISE. It will be no PICNIC pushing this through. As many would jump on the WAGON WHEEL, spouting hot AREO, but Charlie won't be held by the CURLY WURLY'S. The guy is a HERO. So, the future looks like a bed of ROSES and the bears can have a PICNIC for the many CELEBRATIONS to come our way.
  2. We could really DAIRY MILK, this TOPIC for months but that would be abit FRUIT 'N' NUTs
  3. Yep, heard the rumour apparently Charlie met Mr Terrys' in the MILKY BAR to do the deal
  4. I can guess who the Umpah Lumpahs would be
  5. It would be nice to do something for Gazza while he fights his demons, it seems he's had alot of negative people in his life, would be good to let him know people still care and remember what he did for Rangers.
  6. Thought provoking article, did like the idea of the Glasgow cup and league set up, it would give youth the experience of playing in a competative game.
  7. I agree with you we needed bodies because of the ban. These guys were the foundation team after players walked, i think those whose game improves will stay with Gers, the rest will be sold on once the ban is lifted. The aim this year is to win the 3rd division and i think those players have shown that it is an achievable goal for them. Ally has built a team from nothing, and considering the pressures the clubs still under i think he's doing a grand job.
  8. It would be great to have a pre-paid tv box of Scottish football, or a Scottish football channel. It's a shame the big companies don't do it, I think alot of people would subscribe to it. maybe it's a way forward?
  9. Good luck to the team tomorrow, i'll be watching from home singing and cheering you on
  10. Tend to agree with you, I think they plan to secure a deal that benefits the SPL, once done they'll title strip us and fine us over EBT's, then declare themselves bankrupt, so that we can't chase them, then emerge again as a newco single governing body, as part of the new league reconstruction.
  11. I think we should go back to old school, with divisions 1-4, but with 12 teams in each. That would allow the teams that have been waiting in the wings for years to have their chance. What concerns me more is who would be running it SPL, SFL, SFA or an amalgamation of all three?
  12. Could it be a case the SFA are bankrupt, and are effectively starting a "newco" by hurriedly amalgamating with the SFL?
  13. Good article from JT, well found ED. Is there not a body that the sfa/spl are answerable to about their spending of football money on unnecessary court cases. It's seems they are trying to fine us for their admin mistakes. Where will it stop?
  14. I thought when a football club is sold, all financial paperwork had to be declared to the governing body. Our club has been sold twice, why was it never raised then, when these checks were done and passed by the SPL?
  15. A Rangers package holiday could be done for all international bears, It would also make money in the commonwealth games with people looking for accomadation.
  16. I thought it might become a Rangers Hotel, somewhere to stay for a Ranger's weekend, watch a match and have dinner in Argyll house, visit to the store and the trophy room, have a drink in bar 72 and do the tour on the bus.
  17. A story in the paper made me smile entitled Reminds me of Charlie and the Chocolate factory with the golden tickets, hope a bears lucky enough to win one.
  18. I thought it may have gone something like this... Murry was held to ransom by lloyds, they had people in power positions advising murray with the sale of our club. As for the BBC documentary was it leaked to the SFA prior to the sale of our club, I agree they do have to investigate but not stitch us up. I wouldn't put anything pass them after reading the leaked dossier.
  19. 1.What/who influenced him to sell to Craig Whyte? 2.How long had the BBC sat on the info that exposed Craig Whyte, did the SFA know about it, if so, when? As they said the documentary influenced them to do the investigation.
