So if they don't get back into the top division it will never be repaid. Sounds a bit like an EBT to me.

Bring on the Good Old Rangers Boys, We'll Sing Another Song!
Brackley replied to Ricky_'s topic in Jimmy Bell's Kitroom
Trying to sing this version in my head and can't fit that 50,000 line in. Sounds a bit like a tongue twister to me. Drop the second "it" and hold the second sing a bit longer makes it easier for me. We'll Sing it as we used to sing, 50,000 strong -
Anyone fancy making a killing by buying shares in a picture framing business.
-
Might have to be a bit creative with mine before framing. I'm not keen on the way the top part with your name and address makes it look more like a letter to me than a certificate.

Everton originally played at Anfield but after a fall out with the directors Everton moved to Goodison and a new club Liverpool FC was formed and remained at Anfield. Both clubs were formed by Orangemen. As an aside CraigG, I now live in Halewood although originally from Lanarkshire.

Trouble at Dens was ‘worst for decades’

Except of course if you are Rangers then you are guilty until proved innocent. -
It's a bugger when you miss the first five minutes waiting on the valves heating up.

Hawd oan a minute. If people are buying then there must be people selling. They've taken my money but are not issuing my shares and certificate until January so how can I sell something I don't have. ( maybe should have taken advice from Craig Shyte on that one)

RST Board respond to malicious email.
Brackley replied to ForeverBlue_Since91's topic in Jimmy Bell's Kitroom
If you are investing £500 or more why would you use that option. Go straight to the club and you'll get shares in YOUR name and not a part nameless share of a larger holding. This should only interest those who can't afford a minimum of £500 at this moment. Would be better to wait until any resale of shares come on to the market and you could then buy less than £500 and they would be in your name. -
I got an email with a link to a online copy. Will I still get one in the post?

Paid my cash but according to the prospectus there's no guarantee you will get all you apply for as season ticket holders, old debenture holders etc will be given priority. Also think the timing is poor with only a window of a week to buy them cash ( debit card only) so soon before Christmas.

Celtic fan smacked in face by ball

The least the septic player can do is to pay for a new pair of specs for the bloke. Have you seen the price of specs these days. -
Previous name: Inside Films It's obviously the film (non) making tax scam. Was legal but I think it has now been outlawed. Immoral though , so lets see the mhedia go to town on this one ...... not

Quite like the idea of the "middle league" where there is everything to play for but the bottom league would be pointless if there is no relegation and what would the "winners" actually win. This to me is the most basic flaw. SPL1 & SPL2 of 12 teams that split mid season. Top eight play for title of SPL1 Champions. Middle eight play for what? SPL2 Champions? So a SPL1 team in 12th position at the break can become SPL2 Champions? Hope you followed that. Confused..........you will be

Oh the irony, all those scum fans filling Tannadice to help them out and all the time they'll be making a contribution to Erskine.

Does your heart proud. Great being a bear these days. Now SFA, lets see you try and "punish" us now.

In the interests of Financial Integrity I sincerely hope they are paying tax and vat on 44,000

Desperado Odios Creep Graham Spiers writes EBTs "morally wrong"
Brackley replied to Ricky_'s topic in Jimmy Bell's Kitroom
If he's going down the immoral road then I look forward to his next article on Septic and their use of the film making scam to reduce their employees tax bill. -
He's also an MP who openly boasted of teaching his fellow Cabinet members his repertoire of Republican/IRA songs

BTC - Rangers win the appeal
Brackley replied to better than all the rest's topic in Jimmy Bell's Kitroom
What chance now the SPL reconstruction plan becomes " we made a mistake and now invite Rangers back into the SPL next year" Gets them off the hook re fan power and gets the cash cow back into the league. You know what to tell them Charlie. -
I think some people are getting confused by the term expenses. If you are out and about on company business you can reclaim your "expenses" for travel , hotel, meals etc The "expenses" in question here are the revenue expenses that appear in either a profit and loss or Income and expenditure statement. These being the likes of Wages & Salaries, rent , rates , utilities etc and in this case redistribution of TV monies. In this scenario the SPL collects the gross amount due from sponsors, TV etc and redistributes according to their formula to the member clubs. The tax liability then passes on to the member club and assuming the SPL makes no profit then they do not pay Corporation Tax.
