It's great to see we are singing from the same hymn sheet eventually mate.

I can see both sides of this argument, there have been improvements at the club and in Europe exceeding most of our expectations. However, we have went stagnant domestically as teams suss us out, ok we are only 2 off top but that's more down to the beggars losing a few key players and not replacing them with quality and subsequently struggling for form. I think stats would also back this up. We are very much a work in progress and Gerrard needs to learn quickly, I think he will and although we have had a few disappointing defeats we haven't received a doing.

People would rather come on here and complain about the atmosphere and performance rather than try to do something about it at the game.

I said this exact thing would happen when there was a clamour on here for him to get more starts. He has potential but needs properly managed into the team, but tbf to Gerrard, injuries and suspensions have forced him to play him more than he should have.

It had everything to do with football.

With putting the ball into the box it's a bit of both really, need the wide player to deliver the ball well but he also needs to anticipate the strikers position or likewise the striker needs to run to where the ball will be sent too, or even better just look up and pick him out. See it far too many times with us a ball fizzing right across and nobody there to knock it home, infuriating. Suppose with so many changes the players are still getting used to each other but they need to learn and they need to learn quick.
