  1. Aye it will be one of those moments where you know you're part of sporting history. My smart card is still being processed so got sent a paper ticket, thinking I might frame it as a keepsake of this momentous day.
  2. The same capacity wouldn't be a problem, its the atmosphere that comes with the terraces that would be the main benefit. 7500 standing would generate a better atmosphere than 7500 sitting. I would move my ST back to the enclosure in a flash if they did this.
  3. True, it's a shame as the atmosphere in the old terraces was unbeatable. The bundesliga safe standing areas should be looked at for implementation into football here imo.
  4. They would still be subject to H&S so would be restricted but would imagine about a 25% increase at a guess. Would love the enclosure to go back to terracing.
  5. That's because we were essentially an amateur team until the professional body was founded and we joined it in march of 1873, the club was playing under the name of rangers in 1872. this was the team founded by the pioneers.
  6. Aye, The SFA wasn't even around til a year after we formed so no need to use anything other than 1872.
  7. 1872 we were formed, sfa membership was 1873 was it not?
  8. Just change the "controversial" lines to: We're up to our knees in corrupted scum but we will never die
  9. Used to be me and my bro would go for breakfast and a few pints in Partick before hopping the subway, he can't renew his ST this year due to work so i'm also a lone Ranger this year, my ritual will consist of a lone breakfast then a few jars in the Ibrox Louden, hopefully I can meet a few bears to get smashed with on a regular basis.
  10. I think it's all up in the air atm due to the broadcast issues with RTV http://forum.rangersmedia.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=235340
  11. That's the exact area and row I used to sit in, was in seat 179 Moved seats this season though, MRD row M this season canny wait for saturday.
  12. Never, they had the chance to cement their place in Rangers folklore for generations to come but instead, they chose to shit all over the club, the fans and Ally. In 3 years when we are back in our rightful place and they are languishing at a mid-table league 1 club, I will think back to these times and laugh like a fucking drain at every one of these dirty wee turncoat fucks.
  13. true, but what about the colour TV's, will we move them?
  14. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/scotland/19281821 I feel dirty now, posting a link to they chunts...
  15. Then why wasn't Webster, a current Hearts player, booed also? and Berra an ex-Hearts player?
  16. You have missed the point, the outrage stems not from the fact they were booing but the reason for it. He was being booed purely for being a Rangers player, not because he was having a mare. He hadn't even touched the ball and they were booing. Have you ever seen a Rangers fan booing a Rangers player coming on as a sub? I know I haven't and if I did, I would treat them to the same show of outrage.
  17. Well played guys, btw I hope you got that air-con fixed...i'll be in on Saturday afternoon, am thinking it might be better to bring my Rangers sauna towel just incase it's like it was before the E.Fife game
  18. Would love to see him stick one in the net against Serbia then do the Shhhhh gesture to the tartan mob. I will always support the team on the park for Scotland but never the corrupt bastards who run it nor will I ever again, go to a match and sit alongside those fucking bigoted scumbags who disgraced our nation last night, these "fans" purport to love this nation, well i've got news for them....the heroes from our history would turn in their fucking graves if they could see the way they acted last night. Die in a fire ya bunch of bigoted spunkrags!
  19. looks like our attendance on Saturday will dwarf the combined gates in the scum league, probably by a fair margin..... having a party when the spl dies
  20. I was in before the East Fife game, brilliant atmosphere. My first time in there, used to go to the Hayburn in Partick before games but that got took over and done up, it's no a Rangers shop anymore, must be taigs own it now The New Louden is my new pre-match haunt for sure.
  21. The SFA apparently already distributed 35k(ish) to them.
  22. Front of the enclosure and it is accessed through a ground level door manned by stewards at either end of the main stand if memory serves.
