I've noticed a few talented players against us in division 3 but is it just a case of raising their game against us? I don't catch enough of the div3 games that don't involve us to judge; I do , however, suspect that these guys don't perform like that on a regular basis. Definitely some measure of raw talent among a few of the youngsters in this division though. Maybe a trial for a few of them is in order during the summer?

What's even more infuriating is the fact that the money owed to us, which was withheld by the SFA, will probably be used to underwrite this farce. How the hell can this even be legal? What an absolute joke of a country, what happened to you Scotland? seriously...........

How do you plan to get 38 games out of a 12 team league format for the 2nd and 3rd divisions? Hope you're not thinking about the ridiculous split rearing it's ugly head again. Still better than the mental SPL proposals though mate.

My first visit to Ibrox was in about 1985 so I have very faint memories of McCloy, can't say from personal experience about McCloy but I do remember Woods vividly, I remember the news items when he signed in around 86-87ish and he was as good as Goram and Klos, perhaps better in some areas.

I'm a daftie for having a different opinion? ok then. I think we can agree we have had several fantastic 'keepers in the last 25 years, it's just that I happen to believe Goram and Klos were world class in their time whereas Alexander, although not quite on that level, he is very close. Anyway, what's everyone doing up at this time? Santa won't visit you if you aren't sleeping.

Going by your assertions, I can only assume and hope you are intoxicated...and why not on this fine night? ... Goram was one of the best all round keepers to play the game (point blank Van Hooijdonk save anyone?) and Stefan, other than his goal kicks, was one of the best of his generation (even after his injury), and was denied caps only by his participation in a second rate league (according to the German national setup at the time). Alexander is solid, dependable and most of all, loyal, but to compare him to the Goalie or Klos is crazy.
