We are a complete shambles at the back. I've just watched the match highlights and they give the impression that it was a decent performance, but I was at the game, and it didn't feel like the comfortable win it could and should have been. A tired, aging team, greatly in need of a rebuild.

He needs to have an approach that puts us on the front foot - proactive, not reactive, or, as at present, silent.

So why is he getting the great reviews? His performances in every game (despite the quite odd MOTM award in one of them) have been average. Nothing more, nothing less.

We now need to say farewell to GvB and his backroom team. Will it happen? I hope so, but have the feeling that he'll still be in place for the Hibs game.
