  1. Won't be there, won't be watching, won't be keeping an eye out on the score and won't be engaging in any conversation about it. I'm fiercely proud to be Scottish but I feel nothing in common with the current group of braindead arseholes who attend. Booing a player making his international bow in front of his own fans, booing the national anthem of two countries, abusing players while they are representing their country. All actions of the collective who follow Scotland and as a result, I wouldn't dream of grouping myself with such an assorted array of scumbags, blinkered buffoons and downright bigots.
  2. Don't see how Motherwell could possibly put across a counter-argument if we make this game gratis for season ticket holders (as someone mentioned was standard in the past) or froze the tickets at current Ramsden's Cup prices (£13/3 for ST holders, £15/5 for general sale). That said, I'd fucking love us to charge the away fans more than the home fans. Given this practice was standard throughout Scotland for our travelling support, it'd only be right now seeing as Motherwell are the "big team".
  3. Where do people get these statistics? I don't doubt them, I'd just like a bit of credibility to back them up with.

  5. Picked Dean Shiels as he's looked the most settled of all. Black has been solid but not as impressive. I also wouldn't regard Andy Little as a signing per se as he was pretty much always with us. Can't believe the number of votes for Templeton, he's not even kicked a ball for us!
  6. Funny how Templeton goes from one of the highest-rated young players in Scotland to an inconsistent, injury-prone money-grabber with no ambition and an attitude problem over the course of 24 hours! Also, the party line after the SC final was that Templeton didn't make the squad as he was still recovering from a double hernia. Not like Mad Vlad and his PR team to tell big fat porkies, is it?
  7. Will be a nightmare to get to and home from with work and not having a car but I'll be there.
  8. Was superb in the sheltered area today, first half especially. Frustration with the performance creeped in a bit during the second but the boys leading the songs (Not sure if it was TBO or UBs) were brilliant, never missed a beat and refused to let the atmosphere die. First class as always and a first away day I won't forget, purely for that reason.
  9. Got the 2 I was after and just took the Falkirk ones while I was on. First ever away game!
  10. Other Scotland, East Lothian specifically.
  11. More than we've had from other quarters and let's face it, it will reach a greater audience. Positive publicity about the loyalty of the fans can't possibly be a bad thing for us.
  12. A glowing tribute from Kammy and the other host, kind words much appreciated from outside the biased bigoted media in Scotland.
  13. Bagsy scoring a screamer in the kicking game and celebrating with a Ravanelli shirt-over-the-head.
  14. Thanks guys, you've all been a massive help. What I'll be doing is taking my ID (as I always have on me anyway), my Rangers number and all correspondence regarding my season ticket purchases and head to the Broomloan TO for about 12.30pm/1pm. Superb stuff guys, many thanks!
  15. Sorry, meant to indicate that in the original post. Both first time season ticket holders, neither of us have a smartcard. I've got no problem getting through early to go to the TO, I had planned for it anyway in case smartcards were needing activated or anything. It's just I don't really know what would happen if I got through there to the TO to find out that, while I was travelling, my season ticket or a single match ticket has arrived at home.
  16. Hi all, I bought 2 season tickets on Tuesday night, one for myself and one for my nephew (juvenile). Today I just got through a single juvenile ticket for tomorrow's game with no explanation about what was happening with the season tickets or anything about my adult ticket. I've just got home from work and called the Customer Service line to find everything shuts at 5pm today. Given that I need to do a bit of travelling to get to the game tomorrow, I can't really wait until whatever time the postie decides to show up on the off-chance he has a ticket or season ticket for me. Any advice, bears? Anything you can tell me would be a massive help, cheers.
  17. Just out of interest, how would you have felt if you had attended tonight and all the people around you in the stand were booing Ian Black? Even leaving aside the fact he is a Rangers player, it's an abhorrent thing to abuse someone who is, for the first time, representing their country at the highest level.
  18. I considered going tonight and would have had my friend not suffered a loss in the family. I'm exceptionally glad I didn't as I wouldn't be able to sit near any neanderthalic, knuggle-dragging pig booing a man who has been given the honour of representing his country. I'd have left that stadium in an ambulance.
  19. Are you a first time season ticket owner or did you renew? The only reason I ask is that, in all the excitement yesterday when I bought mine for me and my nephew (first time for both of us), I didn't even think to check if it was to be posted or picked up at the ticket office!
  20. The way the BBC article reads suggests clubs were due a certain fee at a certain point in time and it hasn't arrived. I'd personally deem that as overdue.
  21. I'd rather it went to the Oldco and the creditors but similarly, I won't be chaining myself to railings if it doesn't. It's been obvious since the start that the prize money was being kept as a form of punishment rather than to pay for our debts. That's why Dundee Utd are still apparently to be paid, that's why it won't go to the newco and that's why the chairmen of all the SPL clubs are licking their lips for a further tiny morsel of cash from The Rangers.
