  1. Would love to see Houston argue the call for the foul with Collina. Somehow couldnt see the loathsome bastard calling him a shitebag... http://www.joe.co.uk/sport/everyones-favourite-ref-gives-his-take-on-the-challenge-that-broke-luke-shaws-leg/18728
  2. The photo given away with the programme doesn't show Clark touching Temps and that looks like it'll be the finalised photo.Storm in a teacup.
  3. I was a steward in England for 3 years at Conference level and I was honestly embarrassed at the whole charade. There should always be a nominated runner in each area of the stand who will take up the role of getting someone off the field if they provide an incursion. However, prevention is better than cure and there's no way he should have got anywhere near the pitch. An absolute disgrace from all involved and the club should seriously look at the service being provided. It's a shite job for stewards but they're still being paid to stop folk getting on the pitch. Can't do your job? Take your P45 and fuck off.
  4. How did you go about requesting a move? Looking to get a switch for me and my nephew.
  5. This season, I've had Alloa twice, Cowdenbeath twice, Livi twice, QoS twice, Hibs three times, Dumbarton, Raith and Falkirk all once. The only ground I've not been to this season is Tynecastle, absolutely gutted to have missed out.
  6. Fuck me, somebody want to go to the OP's house before he tans his wrists?
  7. Could just be me but I don't see a single punch being thrown in that video? Just the obviously heinous crime of launching some snowballs and banging on a window.
  8. I wouldn't ask for the reek off his shite, far less anything him or his scumbag fans regard as "a helping hand". We'll get back where we belong under our own steam, no handouts.
  9. Was anything mentioned by the commentary team? Sincerely doubt it.
  10. I'm willing to part with 5% of the fucks I give about how much Imran believes he is owed. He's still gonna end up with squat.
  11. Nothing on either club's website about a pitch inspection but it's been hammering down all night out my way, don't imagine it's much different through in Livingston. Could do with some news from someone official.
  12. Just reading through the prospectus at the moment (I know, wild Saturday night...) and in Part XIII - Directors, Corporate Governance and Employees (2. Remuneration of the Directors and Key Employees), it states that Green and Stockbridge (financial director) are both entitled to 100% gross annual salary bonuses if/when we achieve promotion from the SFL. That'd be £360k in Green's case and £200k in Stockbridge's. I'm no financial expert but a couple of questions I'd raise would be; is this commonplace for CEO's and financial directors? Is this bonus activated for promotion within the SFL (seems to be the case for Stockbridge but not Green? Also, would these bonuses apply in the unlikely scenario that we find ourselves plucked from the SFL into the SPL without the need to achieve promotion? As I say, I've got no idea what is normal for these kind of positions but both of them do seem rather large.

It's a bigger disappointment that Ness has went down this route. Sone sacrificed a fair bit to join us and gave as good as he got for us, can't really hold it against him. Lafferty, I'd half expect it from. The guy showed on numerous occasions that he was never Rangers-class, both on and off the pitch. His stinking attitude, his head for nonsense, his ridiculous inconsistency, the way trouble always found him etc. However, Jamie Ness would be a lower-division crock without Rangers. We gave him his big break, put faith in him, gave him the platform to showcase his abilities and provided him with a treatment table to fall back on when his body gave up on him. He would have been an instrumental player for us and could have went on to be a solid player for us. Now he's a mercenary who isn't satisfied with having turned his back on the club who raised him, he's stabbing them in the back to rob them of what pathetic fucking pittance of a development fee we may have been entitled to for allowing him to become a Premiership player. A horrible way to anyone to act, especially someone who used to represent our great club.
  14. I think I must be the only one who saw it and found it funny that there was about 10 fans holding up 10 pieces of A4 paper barely in formation while we had around 30,000 bears holding up their coloured cards in a beautifully co-ordinated and observed display that took organisational skills and dedication to put together. Can understand why they did it but I've no idea how the hell this thread has 4 pages. Not even close to the top 10 most noteworthy happenings in the hours before and during the game.
  15. Thought the big man was excellent today, a real handful for the Elgin defence. Thoroughly deserved his goal and the first should have stood as well. Great link-up play and knock downs into the right areas, even if a lot of the time the supporting cast weren't on his wavelength. Really hope he kicks on, I'd say he had a strong case for Man of the Match today.
  16. My first ever game, still have the programme! I'll see about getting some pictures of it uploaded.
  17. Managed to log in but showing no away games available?
  18. The entire Broomie Front were a credit to the fans tonight, a special performance all-round. Even spread as far as the rusty old fucks that sit around me in SW4, standing for the whole game and singing along. The arthritis will be murder in the morning!
  19. 2 x SW4 troops, reporting for duty.
  20. Got to agree. I understand circumstances aren't the greatest, being a midweek game and the baffling kick-off time (which I can come up with no real explanation for...?), but I'd like to think that our first game against SPL opposition would see more tickets sold than we have at the moment. A few people could do worse than look to the example all the Bears from Ulster set in their commitment to getting over for games, the ridiculous times they have to leave in the morning, travel arrangements, cost etc. I'll be getting away from work early and taking my nephew out of school for his last lesson to get the bus then train in time for kick-off. Can't really see why people closer to the stadium can't make it.
  21. Been noticing this since the start of the season. First few games, the cops were recording from the corner between the Broomie and the West Enclosure. Past 2 games, they've retreated to a distance but they're still being seen recording. Absolutely pathetic given that no laws are being broken.
  22. So the same punishment as a streaker would get? The justice system strikes again.
  23. He can supports who he wants to. He can leave the bears behind. But if his friends ain't bears and he's not a bear, well he's no son of mine.
