Barrie McKay supposedly rejects contract extension
JRodgA2k8 replied to Marky.'s topic in Jimmy Bell's Kitroom
He has 3 assists in the league this season, I believe that's what was being talked about this week, in fact it was discussed before the Aberdeen game. Not good enough. He's 22, has had plenty of experience over the years, can't keep using the young and inconsistent winger excuse. With the amount of games he's played he should be fairly consistent by now. I don't think he has the fight in him to be part of this new set up and the way we play. -
Barrie McKay supposedly rejects contract extension
JRodgA2k8 replied to Marky.'s topic in Jimmy Bell's Kitroom
It was a disgraceful performance yesterday, he was so uninterested and didn't seem to try a leg. When Dodoo was sent to warm up at 38mins I was thinking thank fuck he's being hooked at half time. He should be nowhere near the starting eleven next weekend. -

As others have said Hill if fit should start over Bates and Dodoo HAS to start ahead of McKay as he was an absolute disaster today. Other than that the same players go again, nice to see some consistency in the majority of positions and we are playing well for sure. End their treble attempt and then follow that up by ending their season at Ibrox too -
If you come back mate

Rhodent bheasts in Scotland's media

...and we know that's true, remember all those "tax experts", "directors" and "accountants" on the phone who knew all about the big tax case and they were allowed to bump their gums. If a Rangers fan tried to comment about the goings on it was always, entering legal grounds etc. -

So nobody deserves it, in that case we'll give it one of the least motivating and influential players from our squad? That makes literally no sense. -
Maybe gives the younger guys some time to adjust to the news, get their mindset in order! Similarly give a boost to those players who now know they are starting, get in the correct mindset, don't let me down etc.

He's played up and down the left hand side of the park the majority of his career but we decided he was a defensive mid for some reason If Hodson isn't fit I'd imagine he'll probably feature on that side again.

What a club we are!

Could be next to, them, mate...that's where me and my bro where last time we were on the £20 seats. That's the North stand right?

Hill was struggling possible injury and both Hodson and Wallace were uttterly pish. The good thing about the subs as players will get the point, if you aren't good enough there's no hiding place -
I never took that from what he said though, he basically said you go to the back of the queue so you'll maybe get the chance but you aren't guaranteed the chance for a ticket. As I've said above though, based on European involvement, this should be less of an issue. Unless of course you need to have attended all European and Cup home games to qualify I think that actually used to be the case so we could have this repeat itself over again next season.
-
Why? It's the only way to guarantee you have a chance at getting into the ballot. That's how it's ALWAYS worked, you need to have purchased ALL cup games at home, it's always been pretty clear to me. Miss some you're out! This year was slightly unique because we were faced with that group stage shite but it was the same in the lower divisions where we had cup games in July for a few years also. The benefit for next year will be that we have European games so therefore we will not be involved in the Group stages of the League Cup, won't enter it until the later stages due to league position (seeding) and therefore the first home cup game should take longer to get to. In theory next season supporters should have an easier time in qualifying for the semi final/final ballots.

£21 pending on my account...mon the cheap seats

I reckon it will be basically the same team with possibly one change thrown in there. If we play with the same tempo and drive as the hamilton game this should be a no issue win. -
End of the day they've paid the same amount of money as those on the CCCS regardless of whether they attend the games or not. The way some of these games move for TV etc some supporters are affected and unable to attend every time without it being their own doing necessarily. Thats why I believe the current system is as fair as it's going to be in the most non-complicated way. Ive been lucky to only miss out once and that was the UEFA cup final but what can you do?
-
We got ours too
-
To be fair he should have been trying to strike a deal as soon as he got his feet under the table. There does appear to be little to no chance we'll get out of the current deal so I certainly hope they can come to a working agreement on how to work with one another. It would be to the benefit of both parties.

Warburton, Weir & McParland to Nottingham Forrest
JRodgA2k8 replied to Jack The Flipper's topic in Jimmy Bell's Kitroom
To be fair he can only add to what's going on their, they're already a clusterfuck of a club. -
This Federer lad might have a future in the game...
-
Non story as this was his confirmed fixture before the OF game, they've came out and confirmed this.

How many times you been mate? This summer will be my 11th visit in 8 years!

Joy to listen to, talks far and away a much better game than our previous manager. What's refreshing is he actually seems to be thorough in his analysis of our opponents and takes the time to recognise their strengths. I mean not bothering about our opponents for the last 18 months obviously worked well Really looking forward to Saturday but we all know this will take time but hopefully we see a few elements of what Pedro is trying to integrate into our play.
