I don't get this at all. Why should we wind up a club with 140 years of history just to get our own back at the SFA?? Fuck that...only reason we should do that is if we are forced to do it financially. Remember, the SFA is made up of ALL member clubs in Scotland. Playing in Div3 upwards will still be lining the pockets of the SFA, so makes no difference. I can't fucking wait for the day that we next win the SPL and ram our glee right up their arse. I cant wait to show them that despite their sanctions, despite their illegal embargo, that despite spending fuck all, despite EVERYTHING, Glasgow Rangers FC came back with a fucking vengeance, that we rose from our death bed and fucked them all! If we get the CVA, and retain most of our squad, we will be in a very strong position. The fightback starts June 6th!! Who's with me??

A lot of if's but's & maybe's...BUT..Looking at the bigger picture, even if it were true, AND the players wanted to leave (which I doubt) but look at the amount of money we'd save in wages! If Davis is on a reported £28k a week, there's £1.5m a season in wages for him alone. Whittaker as well, there's another £1.25m a season saved. I'd rather we kept the players, but we would be able to replace them and save money too if the worst came to the worst! Remember we have a £10m a season funding gap now! Would be most gutted at losing McGregor & Naisy for the sums mentioned if true!

I'll be surprised if we get a positive decision tomorrow (today). I can see them delaying any good news until we have agreed a CVA, and named our backers. I don't think they will want us spending money when they don't know where it is coming from! If we get a decision tomorrow, I think it will be bad news! What a joke they are! Firstly they were not part of the SPL. Secondly they went into Admin for a SECOND spell before liquidation. Thirdly they still owe West Lothian Council £800k for the lease of the stadium (Oh, wait....didn't they profit from the fact that they had this paid off through the admin process....HMMMMMM!!!!!!). Reeks of hypocrisy!!

I'm starting to think the SFA will postpone the appeal decision until the outcome of the CVA is known and the plans are revealed. No way will they give us the 'green' light, so to speak to start spending again until they know who is backing us! Just another delay to add to the delays already being experienced!

Exactly what I was going to say. Ifthese quotes are real then this guy should have shut his gob! However, it it the express, so it's entirely possible that it's a load of shite!! If he hadn't thought this before today, he will have made his decision looking around the place today. 2/3rds of the whole crowd were away fans donating £100k to the home team for a meaningless (in SPL terms) game. Nothing was at stake. Yet both ends of the ground, and some of the main stand, were full of away fans following a team on it's knees needing money pumped into it to keep it alive. He's got to be a jealous man now. Jealous that he's in charge of a team that can't attract sufficient home support to keep his club afloat. He's heavily dependant on away fans ramming the place full. So it's obvious he'd make all the right noises about the most loyal away fans in the land! How many other managers/chairmen will be looking at our support today and thinking the same. They just won't survive without us!
