I mean it, no more home games for me. I'm done with Ally and I'm now done with this board. Absolute depressed with this pish. Embarrassing.

McCoist is destroying our club and support single handed. He is clueless and must go now.

Been saying this for 3 and Half Years now.
Since Malmo and Maribor it was patently Obvious he was not going to be a sucess as Manager.
Some people on here think he is bigger than the Club.
    No chance .
Clarke should be on and McCulloch should be gone along with McCoist Durie and McDowell.
A serious lack of Football Coaching and Management is Obvious to all of us.
We have better Players out on Loan such as Gallacher .

Mccoist can stick his 12 months notice up his arse. I am not going to sit here and start navel gazing about his departure or getting all misty eyed about his playing day- he is dragging this club down and i'll be delighted when he goes.

You are talking rubbish. His first temporary wage cut from 2012 was paid back after he demanded it from Green after the IPO. It was about £65k if I remember correctly. When his salary became public knowledge there was an outcry from our support. It took months before he agreed to a cut. Why did it take so long? My bet is it's another deferral.
HE IS GREEDY. Penny shares which he kept pretty quiet. Ridiculous salary which he knows RFC can't afford. He tried to hide his huge salary being made public. He is very cunning.

Every day he stays, he damages the club.
The only thing he could do to start making it up to fans is to hold his hands up and admit it's too big a task for him.
Tell us he loves the club, and wanted to be the one to take us back to the very top, but it just wasn't to be.
He would rather we get there with someone else, than stay down here with him.
It took him this long because he wanted to turn it around, but he is sorry.
Then leave without taking a penny.

Which is astonishing. McCoist in particular has made a mint out of his shares.
If these guys care about our club as much as they like to portray - they would walk away now and not take a penny in compensation.

Look, if you are undecided, then just listen to Salmond talking. I find it utterly amazing how any right minded, intelligent person can listen to him and still vote yes. Absolutely no substance, simply playing up to the anti-English . He shouts to get his point over, and has the backing of the people who think the welfare state will give them more money to sit on their arses all day. The man is a complete weasel, and I cannnot stand him for dividing Scotland like this. And it will also take a long time for the hatred that he has generated to disappear!!

Rangers are a traditionally Protestant and Unionist club. If you don't like it, there's plenty of other teams to support.

The "case" for separation has no evidence and is not proven.
It is built on lies, bullshit and fantasy and it is sad and surprising how many Scots are that gullible. (Though I'm sure some them have more sinister reasons).
For anyone who wants an insecure, worse future with no way back - vote yes
For anyone who wants a secure, better future for their kids, grandkids and for the people of Scotland - Vote NO

So the fastest growing economy in the Western world "can't get any worse than it is now"???
So when a currency union is denied and Scotland starts using the pound with no central bank and no lender of last resort, forcing many businesses, especially UK-wide businesses to leave the country, ensuring the economy declines, investment declines, jobs decline and inevitably the Scottish budget declines... how daft will your "well it can't get any worse" comment seem then?
If Scotland votes Yes it will already have a £6bn+ hole in its budget so things will get worse before they improve, if ever. Salmond intends to lower corporation tax also. How will all that be paid for? Public spending would have to be reduced or YOUR taxes would have to be increased.
What would an independent Scotland have done during the banking crisis in 2008? Who would have provided the bailout funds? What would the interest rate have been? Would they have even been bailed out at all?
Who would have saved the Grangemouth oil plant in 2013 had the UK not provided £150m at short notice?
The great thing about being part of a wider union is that if one bit fails, it has many other parts to back it up until the failing bit gets back on its feet. It's like an insurance policy. An independent Scotland wouldn't have that.
Of course the United Kingdom is better together.

Rangers fans supporting the break up of the United Kingdom?
I just don't get it. And I say that as a former Catholic who chose to support Rangers so I totally get the club has a diverse group of fans.
    Anyhoo, I have voted No.
And if you're a No supporter you should make sure you vote too. Don't just hope No wins. Every vote counts.
I HAD to vote. I owed it to my country.

It's no wonder that our club and support is a shambles if this is the way of the modern day Rangers fan.
We will never be the mighty club we once were until we regain the traditional beliefs that made our club great. We are a British club playing in Scotland and I have seen scores more union flags than saltires at matches over the years.
Where do some of these cretins come from?
Why support a club that's greatness is built on loyalist, unionist and protestant principles and traditions when you have no tract with those beliefs? It can't be because of the football so why don't they go to Firhill if they want to support a team with no 'baggage'?
Rangers used to be more than a club, sadly that is no longer the case. It used to be about much more than the football. We had a common identity that united the support and we were all the better for it.
Too many are embarrassed or ashamed of many of the things that are the foundations of our club. It was good enough for Rangers greats such as Struth, Waddell and Wallace. All three of whom I imagine would be strong No voters.

So why is his rolling contract still rolling ?
It should be changed to a fixed term with renewal based on merit.
As time goes by it gets cheaper to get rid if needed or it can be extended if that is considered a better option.
I see no reason this can't be done and would either reduce the cost of sacking them or allow them to continue as is.
What's the risk there ? Ally walking ?
It's not constructive dismissal or changing the terms of his contract. By its very nature a rolling contract isn't fixed.
    Works for me.
