Per game. GTA 3, Vice City and San Andreas are £12 each.

Few announcements today regarding the PS4's launch capabilities.
 

The Last of Us/: Remastered - Received and argued as one of the best games ever. Action adventure meets survival horror with a powerful story.. Also the multiplayer is challenging and fun!
Infamous: Second Son - Open world action adventure game set in Seattle. You have super powers and you can blow shit up... A bit underrated in my opinion!
Driveclub - Cheap and fun arcade racer. Also happens to be one of the most visually impressive games out there.
Uncharted: The Nathan drake collection - Remasters of the critically acclaimed PS3 trilogy. This game is due out in a little over 2 weeks...
Bloodborne - highest rated exclusive of this generation. Punishing and brutal action RPG set in a Gothic Victorian setting.
Rocket League - Most fun i've had this year... Non stop action sports game where soccer meets rocket powered battle cars. Multiplayer is extremely fun!

If i was you i'd get Batman.. I personally prefer the Witcher but the former seems more your kind of game.
That and Batman is a safe bet because you know what you're getting.. If you liked Arkham City you'll like Arkham Knight! Maybe save the Witcher for when you've got nothing else to play..

I'd wait a week or two.. E3 is right round the corner and Sony and Microsoft are both expected to release new SKU's soon which could come with a price drop for older models. That said there has been some amazing deals popping up already.. I.e. a PS4 + 3 games + 3 months PS+ for £265.. although Amazon have since put it back up to full price.
Best bet is keeping an eye on this site..

I have no issues with Remasters, especially for the likes of the critically acclaimed Uncharted series. It gives people who missed these games a chance to experience them! If it doesn't do anything for you then just don't buy it.. Besides it's not like Naughty Dog have decided this is what they want to make instead of Uncharted 4.. we're getting both! In addition ND have another team working on what is rumored to be a sequel for TLOU!
Either way, it looks like it's bluepoint games who will be porting it to the PS4 and not Naughty Dog. Eurogamer are also claiming it will be 1080p and 60 fps..

Should be the other way around really since all 3 Uncharted games were released before the Tomb Raider reboot.
But, aye they are very similar gameplay wise.. There is some core differences, notably Tomb Raider has a darker and grittier theme whilst Uncharted is more Indiana Jones-esque. The former takes itself very seriously serious, the latter is all about humour, believable characters and relationships. Gunplay is a matter of opinion, although i'd say the Uncharted games feel slightly more dated, however maybe that's to be expected given they are older afterall! TR handled exploration better with it's bigger maps, Uncharted wins on set pieces, action and variety of locations. Story wise both are pretty much by the book and cliched... but Uncharted probably comes out on top because of it's top quality character building. Very few studios have managed to create video games characters with the level of personality that Naughty Dog achieved in Uncharted!
Best to worst.. (in my opinion)
Uncharted 2 > Uncharted > Tomb Raider > Uncharted 3
