Yeah even though they had invaded the milan end to such an extent they had to move a large group of milan fans to accomodate! Unbelievable!

BUT This is really beginning to piss me off. I was driving last night and was listening on the radio when they reported that a bottle had been thrown at the bus and i believe they said it was a scary and intimidating moment for the reporters on the bus. But unbelievably they didnt even say it was a celtic fan! The words were, and i quote "a bottle came from within a group of celtic fans". I hate to sound paranoid but i have no doubt in my mind that if that had been a group of rangers fans this would be all over the place this morning that the media bus had been attacked by a rowdy bunch of rangers fans but again its all brushed under the carpet. Also the fact that as many as 10,000 celtic fans were apparently in the san siro last night even though they were told to stay away by their own club, the match commander, AC Milan and the italian authorities. What i dont understand is simply how can they get away with this? Especially in light of the fact that the italian game has been frought with violence and controversy surely this could have resulted in a very serious incident if celtic had actually managed to score? Again i am sure if it was us in the same position we would have been hounded by the media for flouting all recommendations. Surely this goes beyond simple paranoia?

The kick-off time for the home leg is at 8:05 so i think we can safely say its gonna be on the BBC. Theres no other reason for it to kick off then!

Sorry to hear about your dad mate. I was trying to get one of that style of tie recently and was told that the rangers stores no longer sell them. I think they are reserved for members of staff at ibrox and ex players and the like nowadays so probably your best bet would be to try and get in touch with the club to see if they could help you out. Agree wholeheartedly IB. Something needs to be done to stop this behaviour and the polis and stewards would simply be too scared to step into a bunch of supporters and stop it. Ibrox insiders in the crowd identifying instigators could then carry out retrospective action once the game is finished. If these 'supporters' saw that action was being taken im sure they would soon get the message!

I heard 2 - 3 weeks for hamstring strains for both of them, hope its quicker than that tho...

After being introduced to this site from my only other real gers mate i have to say that i love this site! As has been said before its great to be able to talk about rangers with fellow fans at any time. Add to that the fact that most people on here contribute to the discussions with sensible and interesting posts its generally a good place to be! Im just glad my internet usage is not monitored at work coz this site seems to be slowly taking over my life! If i had internet at home id be on here literally all day! Yeah i have to agree with you o nthis one Muff, altho i would almost be tempted to throw sebo in. Bit of a gamble coz at least wed know what we were getting with nacho but i just think this could be the right game for sebo. Now that thomsons out i hope walt does go 4-4-2 and resists the urge to throw rae in there...

Is everone forgetting he was across in France looking at houses??? Surely if hes looking for a place in France he isnt counting on continuing in a playing or coaching capacity??? He has undoudtably been a great servant to the club but his knees dont seem to be up to playing for another season as much as i would love him to. I hope he gets back as fit as he can for the rest of the season and puts in his usual excellent contribution to secure second place. Maybe then we could accurately assess his true Rangers future.

I would have to say get rid of buffel. He has showed glimpses of talent but has never been a consistent first teamer the whole time hes been here. In the last game against hearts sebos pace genuinely startled me along with most of the crowd i would suspect!! He literally goes like a train and i think walt and ally could maybe mould him into a bit of a player given time. He certainly gives his all when playing and thats the main reason novos still revered by most of the support. Given time he may just come good, heres hoping!!!

Yeah CR, gotta admire bazzas rangers spirit and love for the club but my fave player at the moment is probly Boydy ( mainly coz im a striker!) even tho hes a lazy bastard sometimes and Stevie Smith deserves an honourable mention! Cant believe some people on here still arent sure about him ( altho Murray has been playing well too). And of course Prso is amazing too!!!!

Different types of players. I voted for burke because i iamagine if Brown did come hed be playing on the right and i think if burkey got his finger out and started playing as well as we know he can consistently i thinh kes our best bet on the right wing.

I thought that he looked like a bit of a donkey in the first half but like you said came on to a bit of a game in the second. I thought overall our whole defence was very impressive, whether that was because hearts were very poor or we were good im not sure. Hearts certainly never looked like they were gonna score.

Is there any worth in giving him some sort of contract till the end of the season? Im sure hed sign up for very little wages or some sort of pay as you play deal for the chance to prove himself again and now were short in the centre of midfield... *Stands back and awaits the barrage of abuse!

Agree with this line up. Svensson will be on bench because to start with him then take him off would really dent his confidence. The team basically picks itself and with the extra dig from Ugo I think we will win 2 - 0. Yup, totally agree. Cant see there being very many surprises in the line up altho i think Walt will throw ugo straight in as well. I reckon 3-1 ( Boydy with 2 and Novo)
