  1. According to Roy, an apology by the FA can be expected for singing an anti terrorist song. Will the SFA do the same after the disgraceful booing of our National Anthem? What about Strachan? Is he deaf?
  2. Just ask yourselves: What past Rangers Manager would? Send an unfit team onto the park? Continually play players out of position (excluding Walter)? Have no idea about tactics? Have no idea how to change a game? Stand with their arms folded in a clueless fashion? Send a team out with no fight? Fail to make proper use of training facilities? Guarantee that the same flops will always get a game because they’re old pals? Continually talk-up the opposition as though they are Real Madrid? Use every excuse in the book to hide his own shortcomings? “Show respect” to clubs who tried to kill us? Have a karaoke after a humiliating defeat and display in a cup final? Plant in the players’ minds that second best is good enough for Rangers? Last, but not least, think he’s doing a good job? Have a long hard think. I doubt you can name one who has done four of the above and stayed in the job or, more importantly, had the fans’ backing.
  3. Those Heedrum-Hodrums boo a Scottish born Rangers player playing for Scotland!
  4. I couldn't care less to be honest. I'm more interested in how the Queen's Eleven do in Romania.
  5. Spot On!! It's like the vatican "investigating" priests. How can we ever hope to get a truly independant inquiry into that mob when they have infiltrated the mhedia, UEFA, SFA and God knows what in this country? I genuinely hope that this "judgement" motivates PZJ, etc into chasing these scum even harder. One knock-back shouldn't, and I'm pretty certain won't, stop the search for true justice!! They may think they have covered their a***s but this just might make them over-confident. A chain is only as strong as its weakest link!
  6. Typical "Master Stroke" from the mhedia to rope one of that dumbass lot in to stoke the fire ahead of the semi. Just started a bit earlier than I thought. Would properly f**k that plan up if our players and management simply refused to rise to it. Simples!
  7. I don't wish to labour the point either but it's perfectly clear, at least to the majority on here, that he certainly implied that. Also, as has been previously stated on here, why didn't he just answer an obviously loaded question in a true Rangers Manager's way, i.e. we don't settle for second best ever! What is it that the people who know Boris Johnson say? Don't let the bumbling act fool you, he knows exactly what he's doing. Same with McCoist. Get the excuse in early, treat the fans with total disrespect, go home minted while other people spend their hard-earned watching dross. He's got the people on here arguing with each other about whether he said or implied something while he pisses off to be pals with someone else. It wouldn't surprise me if he was reading this forum and pissing himself laughing at us while he wonders how he can squeeze another million out of the club. He might be an embarrassment as a Rangers Manager but, by Christ, he's not as daft as the cheeky-chappy act he puts on! If you've any shred of dignity left McCoist, hand in your resignation and stop treating the club like a cash cow and the supporters like fools.
  8. The first two are from real Rangers Managers. The 3rd, well................
  9. Would Mr Struth, Jock Wallace, Walter Smith have accepted 2nd place when the season has only just started? What kind of way is that to bring up the young players in the Rangers Tradition? I thought this guy was supposed to know all about our club and her traditions? Well Ally, let me enlighten you. We NEVER accept 2nd place when 1st is achievable!! It might be an American saying but it is equally relevant to Rangers: "First is First, Second is Nowhere!"
  10. Ally had the chance to do just that. Rebuild the footballing side of the club completely from the youths up. Get them all playing the same way so as, when they make the step up, it comes natural to them to play the way the first team is playing as they would have been playing the same way in the youths. It's called forward thinking and basic common sense. The only forward thinking McCoist does is towards his next pay cheque.
  11. Big Jock Wallace would have ripped them a new one and had them in for torture every day until they took a pride in the jersey they pull on. That's if they weren't too frightened to come into training and face him after that. Sadly, Ally's not cut from that cloth. He wants to be everyone's pal. You can't manage like that.
  12. It suits their agenda to see Rangers struggling on or off the park so I won't be holding my breath.
  13. Absolutely! Should never have got the job in the first place.
  14. It seems to work for Athletes though who compete under the banner of 'Great Britain and Northern Ireland' although, in my mind, it should simply be named 'Team UK' instead of Northern Ireland been wrongly portrayed as an add-on.
  15. After the result of the vote, does anyone believe that it would give an endorsement to a UK National side and a British League that, once and for all, would make the SFA and their cronies defunct? Thoughts...................
  16. Surely we open it up to applications? For once, just do it the right way.
  17. Nobody wants to spend another minute in this league but I dread to think what will happen if Ally somehow gets us up. We absolutely, as a top priority, desperately need someone in who will do what McCoist should have done from day one i.e. change direction football wise completely. Someone who has fresh ideas not be stuck with someone who has no idea. We're not even running to stand still under McCoist, we're stuck firmly in reverse right back to the dark ages. It has been well documented on here before the clubs who have had a modicum of vision and put a long term plan in place and are now reaping the rewards particularly down south. Every one of the clubs mentioned are smaller than we are. Why do we, as a club, continue to ignore what is a proven path to modern football? As regards the suggestions of bringing back Walter; thanks but no thanks. He's had his time. If we're being honest, the football under him wasn't exactly fantastic to watch plus there's no cheque book now so not for me. It's a forward thinking manager we desperately need. Get rid of McCoist, invite applications and let's see who throws their hat into the ring.
  18. Agree with every word the OP has said. More importantly, it's what the vast majority of us feel. If McCoist had his finger on the pulse, like he thinks he has, he would also know that it just simply isn't good enough, especially when he blames everyone but himself. A Rangers manager should be man enough to admit he is getting it wrong, not look around for someone else to blame. A Rangers board should also be man enough to change things NOW before it gets worse because it will!
