  1. You said he was shit in the match thread. i said he was poor positioned, look out of sorts he was still much better than I am used to. if he can keep it up great. 'Cos you're used to him being completely, utterly, entirely fucking awful? I thought he played well in the role given to him, don't want him there in CL but he can be effective in the DM position against most of the SPL sides we will come up against. Great to see Thomson back, too.
  2. Credit crunch they say How does the credit crunch affect their buroo money? Or has it put the price of pot noodle, fags, candles and Bucky up? Cue speshul relashinship with Moscow Dynamo, who are still offended at getting pumped in '72 and not getting to go up for their losers medals due to the sectarian and bigoted Rangers fans "rioting".
  3. Dunno what they call it now but I was Govan Rear, brown , row 10 seat 1, Granda was seat 2 since 87/88. Dad and sis still have them, my last time there was Sebo banging one in against Chelsea I love it because you look straight across the 18yd line at the Copland end and I have many fond memories. My favs at that end are Coisty's header against Kiev, Mark Walter's top bin against Raith Rovers midweek and watching open-mouthed for what felt like 10 mins as Big Nissy's wonder goal against Brugges spun it's way into the net.
  4. I was in the uncovered terracing facing the main stand, was soaked to the arse before I even got on the supporters bus on the way there!

  7. Hi Troops, Is anyone else using a Mac on OS X 10.5.7 to access xpert eleven? It's been causing Safari to quit on my machine, just wondering if anyone else is having this problem. All the best for the new season.
  8. I can't see them progressing past the group stages. They're far too defensive, no real urgency to open the game up and are unable to adapt to tactical changes quickly enough.
  9. LOL This looks like turning into a bit of a saga, luvin it!
  10. Labbat's at that by the looks of it... Look's like a quality time though, and imagine that walk being allowed ANYWHERE in the UK, even during the day unannounced, never mind at midnight to the countries biggest tourist attraction. Top work by all involved. I wouldn't be surprised if this makes the press over here RANGERS BIGOTS IN ILLEGAL NIAGRA FALLS HATE MARCH Sick Rangers supporting thugs brought chaos to the streets of a sleepy North American town last night as gangs of drunken followers gathered to spew their hate-filled anthems whilst a flute band, a known sectarian organisation, brought the road and transport network to a grinding halt. If that ends up in Britney's collumn, I want co-author credits......
  11. Maurice Johnston, November 89 at Ibrox??
  12. Can someone fix the link please?? Keen to have a dig through this.
  13. Dynamo Kiev (2-0 Falco & McCoist, 2-1 on agg) place was bouncing. Leeds Utd Parma (Vidmar & Reyna) Big Nissy's goal against Brugges in the CL 92/93 was pretty special too. I've been in Oz since 2001, that's why none of the more recent games are in my top 3.
  14. Received via email from someone who knows someone.....etc GIRFUY!

  17. Was I the only one watching the game on Sunday thinking, "Why the f**k didn't we start every game this season with the speed and intensity that we've just shown here?!?" My favourite performance was the last Old Firm match, Davis' goal and the individual performance of Big Mo plus the fact it put the shitters up Timmy. The team performance on Sunday was top notch but that's how we should have approached every match this season.
  18. I had to wait until 10pm for kick-off so the nerves had to be put off by getting a few jobs tidied up around the house. Cracked a beer at 8pm, checked the Shitanta broadband feed was all good and got an error message, started getting a bit pissed off when it still wasn't on at 9.45pm but ended up paying for it on Rangers Live just in time for kick-off. Scared the shit out of the dog when Kyle scored, it was a great relief when Pedro popped one in before half-time. Had a good noise-up going via SMS with a poor old friend who was suffering at the Piggery. Kept up a good pace on the beers until Boydo put it beyond doubt and decided I should treat myself to a wee malt. Couldn't believe when Rangers Live broadcast finished before the trophy was presented but managed to see it on Shitanta News whilst celebrating on the phone to my Da and wee Sis back in Glasgow. The wife is a Kiwi and thinks I'm fucking mental but she understands.
  19. The final whistle celebrations. Setanta-i was offline and Rangers Live cut out before the trophy was presented(WTF??!). I got to see clips of Weir and Fergie lifting the cup on Shitatnta News but no interviews etc.
  20. I don't post much but read every day. Big Love to the RM family. We Believed.
  21. It was a nice touch that Barry and David Weir lifted the trophy together. Say what you like about Ferguson, he's Rangers through and through, we will wait a long time until we see his like again.
