I find you get a lot more breaks in 11 where as if your playing in a competitive game of 5s (especially when you don't have subs) I sometimes never get the chance to stop. I'm enjoying 5s more than 11s these days. I lost interest in playing football for a while but I'm enjoying playing for fun with 5s again. Plus, I still haven't got my league medal for last year's 11s league .

I find 5s the most tiring. 11s is too serious though, 5s is a lot more fun.

The village I'm from has superb footballing facility. There's an 11-a-side pitch, an 8-a-side (I believe that's what they called it) astro turf and a large indoor area. I played there from Primary 3 until I left for uni and it was superb. We trained every Wednesday as youngsters, were given strips, had camps organised for us and had summer coaching twice a week. One coach was the reason for this. He put in so much effort to ensure we had the best possible footballing experience growing up. We were very lucky. Unfortunately he went off to Uganda (sp?) and the numbers going to this football has gone down every year. The facility is being wasted a bit now.

Mine was last season's 1-0 win over the scum, Davis scoring the winner. I tried desperately to get a ticket but I couldn't. I was even more desperate than normal because my brother-in-law and his mate were coming down for the game and staying with us. They arrived the night before with an extra ticket for me. The next day was one massive piss-up, a superb game of football and us ending up getting thrown out of Seventh Heaven because "the mate" kept touching the stripper. It was also my first OF .
