  1. Well today's a good day to walk the walk
  2. Article appears to be from Sep 6, 2018 -- was also the time Lorna's competitor for the LB position Ivan Strinić , who played 6 games in Russia 2018, and who plays AC was diagnosed with a heart condition (Aug 18, 2018) --- so yeah they probably were struggling for a LB but thankfully both - Borna after surgery and Strinić, after a scare - are now fit. So we have a LB who competes with the AC Milan LB for a place n the national team - so pardon me but I'm not prepared to write him off just yet.
  3. Good interview with David McCallum about the game
  4. We don't need a replacement -- we need a backup which Is what we were discussing - Fod imho fits that bill
  5. No idea --- how much Croatian football do you follow?
  6. No he proved to defensively he was better than Barisic and Halliday -- though as I've said numerous times hope the former motors on this season
  7. hyperbole - plus we've never had the chance to see him with two good defenders in front of him - reckon he can do a job for us if needed
  8. Read an article n the l'pool Echo about youngsters Klopp plans to bring thru this season - Kent not even mentioned --- we will ether get him on loan or they'll sell to the highest bidder, likely to be a Championship club.
  9. people saying get rid of Foderingham, -- what happens when Mac gets another red card or injured??? Firth - anyone confident he s a suitable replacement???
  10. 5xl a wee tad more expensive cause of the extra printing on the back
  11. Flanno was better than both and that was playing out of position. Barisic needs to show us now why he plays for Croatia.
  12. see the cunts had to apologze BBC SCOTLAND have admitted to a gaffe in a radio segment about Mo Johnston’s controversial move to Rangers. But the Beeb’s Good Morning Scotland show mistakenly referred to the striker as Gers’ first EVER Catholic player. The inaccuracy was repeated on Twitter by presenter Gary Robertson. BBC Scotland News PR’s account wrote: “The programme (Good Morning Scotland) and tweet should have referred to Maurice Johnston as the first ‘high-profile’ Catholic player to sign for Rangers. “Thank you to all who brought this to our attention.” Several Catholic players were on the books at Rangers before Johnston, including Don Kitchenbrand, Hugh O’Neill and John Spencer. South African striker Kitchenbrand signed in 1955 and scored 24 goals in 25 league games as Gers romped to the title, earning 'The Rhino' nickname. Funny they never mentioned Archibald Kyle (12 July 1883 – 21 July 1957) was a Scottish football player who played for Rangers, Blackburn Rovers and Hamilton Academical. Frankie Millers granddad.
  13. Wonder would Andy consider changing his name by deed-poll from FIRTH to JULY................... make him the first choice Keeper
  14. Commented yesterday as much as we only played St Josephs for me Barisic got over two massive psychological hurdles yesterday. 90 minutes on a plastic surface, a surface he was very uncomfortable playing on and he got his first Rangers goal. That Jack goal -- saw some say he didn't aim for Ryan which is totally correct -- what he dd was to look up and drop the cross into and empty area thus creating an opportunity for a midfield player to run on to the ball. Hopefully we'll see him with more self belief and he'll be the player we all expected.
  15. That one signing opened a door for so many players whom we might not otherwise have signed - Amo - Amato - Cannigia - McCann to name just a few AND at the same time inflicted a psychological blow to the beasts which still rankles them today. Pure genius.
  16. usually good podcasts bu wish tae fuck he'd sit back a bit --- looks creepy wi his face right into the camera
  17. would be interesting to now the costs involved ---at Rangers do they at least help Jimmy Bell with the laundry?
  18. Toilets have free Fannie pads He is if he takes that but I suspect he will come out swinging
  19. I quoted that from FootballScotland -- anyhow my question stands'new rule'?
  20. Candeias being left out seems really odd - generally does well European games ======================================================================= Is this new Clubs must have eight "locally trained" players in their squad, meaning players developed in Scotland, and a further four developed at the club.
  21. Not in the Record or Sun - must be shite
