    We’ve turned over plenty of good, bad & indifferent strikers over the years and done pretty well. There’s always apprehension when one leaves but in Morelos case here & now I’m optimistic about the replacement even without having a fkn clue who it’ll be.

    Reckon even the majority of the young ones are all but over him by now.

    I’ve noticed we are consistently getting more players into the box in recent weeks, it’s the ruthless streak to execute these moments we are lacking in.

    He showed that extra bit of quality, stamina and mental strength that you hope your getting when signing someone with his pedigree. Getting his fitness & rhythm together and was a great sight seeing him absolutely knackered at the final whistle.

    For me it’s the potential Souttar has, Not Goldson bashing here but rarely does Goldson have an outstanding game ie solid at the back, influencing us offensively and setting the tone for a game whereas I get the feeling Souttar can go on and do that for us

    I can’t work out if John Bennetts statement re Wilson’s legacy being The Training Centre & Women’s Team are a subtle fuk you to Wilson or a cheap shot at the fanbase.

    Wasn’t a good watch or listen, aloof & unnecessarily aggressive spring to mind.

    There’s nothing much worse to watch than a winger struggling for confidence & form. That’s him right now with the added issue of his contract. Says a lot for our squad resilience that he starts every game.

    Our manager stated in his post match interview that Kevin wasn’t at fault.

    Could be the year that takes him on to the next level, he’s seen a big increase in standards in midfield and will hopefully knuckle down & show us what he’s got.
