A whole generation are growing up not knowing what inflation is. For fifteen years or so it has been next to nothing. Inflation is currently 10.4% and ticket prices have gone up 5%. Like it or not, football at Ibrox is a luxury item now. Some will pay a season ticket and not a penny more. Others will buy merchandise, stadium food (God alone knows why! 😀😀), Mygers membership, programmes and anything else that Rangers flog. We all make our own choices. Personally - I book the rest of my life around home games. It's not been great viewing this season compared to our Euro run last year. Many seats around me are now empty every game. Loads of others now leave very early - often at half time. It's not good to see, but success breeds success and this year we are a bit disjointed. Next season is a make or break for us.

May be a controversial opinion, but why the need to advertise this and highlight a family's problems? By all means do these things. There are nine league games to go. We are now guaranteed to finish no lower than 2nd as Hearts are 28 points behind us. The tims are flying, scoring a goal a game more than we are and will win the league. I cannot see many sane people argue with that. Apart from bragging rights in old firm games we have nothing left to play for in the league. Allan McGregor has been a great servant, had some phenomenal games and saved our bacon often. He's had his day and time moves on. If Robby McRorie has a future at Ibrox, it is surely now or never to get him a run of first team games? Many are expecting Jon McLaughlin to go in the summer and Beale possibly bringing in a new number one choice (Is Angus Gunn for sale?????) - but has there ever been a better time in recent years to bring a young keeper through than now?

Still a fairly young guy when he left us and far from the complete article. Him and Joe Aribo going made a huge difference to our team and were partly responsible for our crap start to the season.

What club in their right mind is going to buy an injury prone player? Oy aye - us. Again and again and again.

This is a guy who's now 23 and has only ever played 38 senior games, and none in the last two years. There is a stark reality that he may never play again. He's not had any adult job other than being a football player and might have to start the employment ladder from the bottom. He's not injured, he's ill. From what we are told, there is absolutely nothing he can do about it. He's on the outside looking into the party with his nose pressed against the window and there's no entry door. He's going to have bad days - he's had 600 odd of them since being diagnosed. Maybe he's just blown off some steam after one of those bad days? I kinda like to think the best of people until shown different. In reality - it's not a big bit of news and maybe the guy needs an arm around his shoulder from a couple of senior players and some guidance? I always thought there were roles for guys like Davy Weir, Clint Hill, Jermain Defoe etc in situations like these at our club over the years. Guys who have been there, seen it, done it etc. In reality - as others have said already, nobody really knows what's going on and it's probably nobody else's business just now except between him and the club. I wish him well.
