I'm really not convinced by loan signings... No matter who. There is a price to be paid in that it blocks the development of a young Rangers player. I can understand why C****c do it cos they are prepared to pay that price for potential reward of champions league riches.... But to win the championship?... Would much rather do it wi Rangers players

I really hope so. Wouldn't be the first striker with a rotten first touch and maybe he'll find some composure in front of goal. David Templeton used to be a footballer that would fit into a fast paced attacking side before we decoached him... I wonder.

There are still honourable managers out there who quit and walk with nothing but their integrity. McCoinst and McDowell were in the paper all the time moaning but things weren't so unbearable for them to quit. I'd love to see a bar chart of where all the money went. Some disturbing posts on here calling for Joey Barton, but on a more serious note, is there really a place for a midfield enforcer when fouls are given so cheaply these days? I think a big defensive-minded midfielder is more appropriate in the style of Matic at Chelsea. I remember Ian Ferguson doing a good job there towards the end of his Rangers days.

While I would welcome Danny Wilson back, I haven't forgotten that Nicky Clark gave him a pretty torrid time in the last game at Ibrox, even after we went down to 10 men.

Championship standard young centre-half who is comfortable on the ball. Definitely seems to fit the new model. I like the fact that MW is not the only manager to have re-signed him... Gary Rowett did so too. Implies the guy gives value for money.
