Agree that he's a very good player. Great balance and comfortable on the ball. His style definitely lends itself to Warburton's philosophy rather than Hearts 'more robust' approach.

While I think the whole 'let's kick the ball out cos an opponent is injured' has gone way too far.. I think Dickov did the right thing and hope we'd do the same. Would be interesting to see Gollum's negative spin on it.

It's an interesting point. A whole new generation of bears are responding this time. This generation have witnessed our persecution over the past 5 years and their mindset will be shaped by it. They know that no one likes us, and that we don't care, and that we are on our way back.

Poachers are as outdated as wingers that stand on the halfway line with their hands on their hips waiting on the ball. Teams play with one guy up and he needs to be strong, busy, good touch.. A real handful. Its up to everyone to improve their finishing and not just rely on one man.

You don't win anything with kids (unless they are Beckham Scholes Giggs etc) They are too inconsistent. W&W recognise this and prefer to go with players a little bit older with an experienced pro (or two) alongside. Eustace is that guy, and he has been on an extended trial to assess his fitness. If he's even close to the player that I saw in the Championship last season then he will be a very good signing.

It was noticeable how frustrated some of the Peterhead players were.. Some of them were getting run ragged.. Especially in the 2nd half. I really hope this is a sign of things to come, the days of opposition players enjoying their day out at Ibrox are hopefully over.

Ally sold his legend status for about 200 grand after tax. If he had walked away from the payoff after King took charge most of us would have forgiven his incompetence and laziness. However he didn't and I can't forgive that and the obvious conclusion that his legend status was worth so little to him.
