  1. oh you bastard you quoted me on that haha
  2. Got a lot of respect for players who do that (y)
  3. May 19th I think, don't quote me on that though
  4. Sometime before the break, but at that he was away playing with the americans.
  5. He's a young player, he's no going to be messi standard is he? Calm down, it's 1 game.
  6. Nah that ain't fair to say. Tavs a great player and the passing from the whole team as left a lot to be desired, Zelalam gave away, mckay has gave away so on so forth. Tav shows passion just like his peers, and you also have to consider how other teams are playing against us now. They know how we operate and have formulated counter measures.
  7. Exactly, you wouldn't catch Mr Warbuton saying anything that. Other teams are chasing us, it's up to Rangers not to let them catch us! and they won't!
  8. Well that's what happens when you have a manager that knows what it means to be a gentlemen and to have a good level of class!
  9. Still just training > Spain superstar urges Rangers to sign Assulin Spanish superstar Andres Iniesta has urged Rangers manager Mark Warburton to snap up trialist Gai Assulin. The 24-year old attacker has been training at Murray Park, and his career has evidently not taken off in the way he would have hoped, but arguably one of the greatest players to ever grace the game has told Rangers to sign the creative player up as soon as possible. Mark Warburton has been positive about Assulin’s progress, and with Rangers always looking to improve the side, a player with the former Mallorca winger’s potential is more than welcome at Ibrox, as long as he adds to the quality of the squad. Assulin is a free agent so would have no fee attached, and he may be viewed as of the level good enough for Rangers’ inevitable assault on the SPL next season. > So if the lad has the endorsement of both the great Iniesta and the brilliant Magic Hat, it is clearly a good sign. take that with a pinch of salt, it's from the 1872 Glasgow Rangers More Than A Club facebook page.
  10. Simply what's your favorite chant at a Rangers game or just to get you hyped up for a game. For me it's gotta be Warbuton is Magic, never fails to get me excited for a game!
  11. I wouldn't go so far as to say we're doing bad, granted our passing is sloppy but we still hold the majoirty of possession as well as the main aggressors. The problem is is how teams are playing against us, they're parking the bus and waiting for us to get deep in. and we don't really have that penetration to suit that. We do get there in the end by testing the defence and poking here and there though.
  12. Young player beats opponent with sublime skill...criticism plastered all over the newspaper for show boating and disrespect.Young player almost breaks opponents leg with shocking tackle...not a mention. Nothing new. Mcculloch gets hit in the face with a flag, swept under the rug Lee Erwin pushes Moshni, Swept under the rug Moshni punches and kicks Erwin, Front page news for a couple days Motherwell Players hit Moshni, swept under the rug
  13. I think that's pretty harsh, Wallace has done a pretty good job at rallying the team. I see him do it all the time while I'm at the games in person. The only thing I can say against him is a slight reluctence to talk to the ref over challenges, but at that the players involved usualy do it anyway.
  14. In a ideal world that's the case. But we don't live in that. Instead we live in a world where in Scottish football, bad challenges go unpunished then the players manager runs his mouth about nationalitys. I wouldn't say a hard man exactly, I mean we have players who could fit that bill eg Waggy, Halliday and Law But the problem is is if we did such tactics we would be booked, bad mouthed, front page news so on so forth. It seems silly but remember the Moshni incident, everyone went on about him punching Erwin but the fact that Erwin provoked him by pushing him and other motherwell players hitting moshni was swept under the rug.
  15. Remember, anyone better than you Go for their ankles.
  16. considering Brown plays for Scotland, the captain no less. He'd likely fit right in. So least's for arguments sake say the wee surfboard tooth bastard plays for Scotland. We get drawn against Argentina, what's he going to do again Messi? Another player whose better than him? We get drawn against Germany, what's he going to do against Muller? Lewandowski, Ronaldo, Neymar the list goes on. If he's trying to snap the ankle of a 19 year old on loan from spurs, then god knows what he'd do to players like the ones I mentioned.
  17. Yeah stick up for one another. I mean, if I did a bad tackle and I had Waghorn right up in my face personally I would shit it because he's built like a tank. But definitely need to have a bit of gang mentality, because right now if we don't one or more of our players is going to get seriously injured and I've got a suspicion it'll be either Barry, Nathan or Gedion
  18. Exactly, if someone is showboating or is better than you in some way, you don't try and fucking sabotage them. You either congratulate them on their skills or you ignore them.
  19. I've been very impressed with kiernan over the past 2 games. Definitely seems to do better with ball.
  20. You'd be sent aff for challenges like that inn rugby too. A near ankle breaker and a throat shot? No real competitive sport in the world would tolerate that. Except Scottish football tt seems.
  21. That's the first time I saw that throat hit on Oduwa, Poor boy. Abosulute thugs the lot of them, can't be play football and have no love for it either.
  22. Exactly this, the difference in goal taking speed in the opposing teams goalie changes pretty drastically when rangers are in front. Going from about 10-17 seconds to take 1 goal kick to 5 seconds at most. and when the opposing team is spread out trying to push up is when Rangers aggression will really shine, because they won't have 11 men behind the ball to worry about. however, I saw that Queen of the south on Saturday, as soon as they lost the ball they recoiled back into their own halve. So rangers need to up their counter attacking tactics.
