Always felt that winning the spl this season was one of the most important in our history due to the financial situation with ourselves and scottish football in general.Last nights game showed that the fringe players are needing more games or are not good enough ,our pool was always going to be stretched towards the end of the season with injuries and suspensions and i feel the management were not expecting septic to lose last night and picked the team with saturday in mind.IMO i would rather lose to unt in the quarters than septic in the final which may have happened due to previously posted reasons plus the playing of meaningless fixtures in the final few weeks of the season causing lack of motivation ect.

Must mean davis is still unwell

Sitting watching the game it seemed obvious to me that yet again there was no balance to the midfield, davis was never in the game when he was wide right and contributed nothing in defence or attack .Imo davis /edu ,thomson in the middle ,novo wide right where he has been contributing recently whittaker/smith left mid with fleck and lafferty as the forwards.This formation with the personnel named should give us width and balance but wattie seemed blind too this until he made the substitution with 20 mins left

Listen mate if the result goes the wrong way there will be the usual posters on here giving it large ,get rid of the management team ,they are tactically naive ,broadfoots not rangers class,weirs past it ,mcculloch should never wear a rangers jersey again ,boyd can only do it against wee teams ,so lets hope we get a positive result to keep the negative posters away WATP

Feel that he will be a major loss on sunday ,in attack rather than defence .Over the last few weeks he has been outstanding in attack falkirk made boyds goal, hibs made boyds goal ,last night scored one and was involved in others .Imo danny wilson will do ok defensively but will not make the same contibution in attack this coupled with millers probable exclusion could make the game a lot more difficult than people on this forum are suggesting there will be a huge onus on midfield to curtail mickgeady who seems to have a roving role and to provide the service to the front pairing (boyd +lafferty) probably being a bit negative but have a bad feeling about this situation. =

Were we moaning last year when we bought boogie,mendes,lafferty, davis and edu .And would we have won the spl without these players i think not.We would be in a better position financially 10million less in debt but no 13million from champions league to get in june 2010 (thats when we get the money)so what would you rather have septic going for 4- in a row or us going for 2

Some of the negative posting on here does ma box in .We played much better yesterday but it was only good goal keeping and some poor finishing which caused us to drop points .Last week against st johnstone we were very poor but got the result,however the same posters were coming on here and slating the result ffs get a grip we all want to win and play attacking good to watch football but sometimes things just do not go for you i would take more of yesterdays fare with the hope that the goals will go in over over the performance of the previous week any day

The problem with playing youngsters "us" the fans the people at the games on the forums the phone ins ect.As i have said before until we accept playing the youngsters is to accept the inconsistencey that goes along with them.large successful clubs man unt,arsenal and the likes can play 1or 2 youngsters now and then get away with it due to the ability of the other players we have not got the luxury of this due to the dearth of talent at ibrox.The only way imo is to go down the line of blooding the ones we hope will become first teamers and for the fans to be understanding and accept the mistakes, can we i doubt it we need to change our mindset first

Not sure if he gave up but cannot beleive he took 45mins to switch rothen and naismith we had 2-3 warnings before there left fullback made there first goal he surely must have seen johnny rotten failing/unable to match the runs which left whittaker exposed so he was culpable in that instant ,also if papac played so well at cb against the tims why did he not keep him at cb and smith at left back which would have allowed more players actually being played in there proper position

The guys a defensive midfielder his job is to shield the cbs and try to break up the oposition attacks if you paid attention in the first half he did ok in the second half with pedro off he did not have the foil he needs ,would you give the ball to johnny rotten?

Hi mate dont know of any bars in gumbet showing football but 5 mins along the road in bodrum the guys in BREEZE BAR show games they have an internet feed so they are able to show multiple games the bar is about 5mins walk from the halikarnas night club on bar street

I think there will be the usual negative/unrealstic posters on this site next season my thoughts are we have to concentrate on the spl title for future stability this brings qualification /or easier qualification to the riches of the champions league and brings financial stability back to the club which would allow us more barganing power with better players

The financial aspect was qualifying for the champions league 2010/2011 season .
