So let's get this right.. Barton has been here a couple of months and due to his own behaviour we could end up paying perhaps a million quid or more due to no fault of the clubs. This has all been staged by Barton,Doesn't really want to be here but knows he's on big bucks,Causes trouble,Does things after being suspended which he was asked not to do,Story to the Guardian which would have pissed the club off even more,Claims Celtc wanted to sign him,Claims that he wouldn't have signed for Rangers if he could go back. Can't cope with the pace of Scottish football and doesn't want to be here and then does all of the above knowing it will have an effect at his time here. Gets the golden handshake,Off on holiday for a couple of months and signs back with Burnley or another club as a free agent and fills his pockets once again. There aint no way Barton will walk away from his contract by mutual agreement and will cost the club a shitload of money and the irony of it all is Rangers have done nothing wrong here. If he doesn't like it here then Rangers have the advantage,Make him train with the youth team and play him in the under 20's and he'll soon get fed up by it all and hopefully rip up his deal. I don't also believe he was offered a better deal to stay at Burnley and was offloaded,Rangers were the only club who stupidly showed any interest in him. He will hate it here in the winter.

Was on the pitch for 18mins..Lets not wet our wee panties. Looked quite composed on the ball,good range of passing both short and long,Tried to pass the ball across his own penalty box and gave the ball away. Don't really see a lot of 6'4in midfielders although he said that was his best position,Crooks is supposed to be the better of the two. Needs game time against better teams to see if he cuts it.

I really wonder about some of the replys to this thread and where they are actually from. Rangers fans complaining about complaining about Celtc supporters.. mmmm

I challenge the media and ask for retractions along with a few other people,But sadly to many just want to comment on it on forums and do nothing,Takes a minute to send an email or lift the phone. Notice also the Record are starting to allow comments on the Rangers story's but none on Celtc story's,I've managed to get the comments closed a couple of times once they are shown proof by way of screengrabs of sectarian abuse aimed at Gers fans and comments about the Ibrox disaster. Quite hard to believe a national newspaper like the Record would allow such comments of this nature and some pretty shocking stuff at that.

Impossible to find that out,Bear in mind also it could be ex players getting inside info and passing it on to those in the media..Jigs pal works for the Sun.

If it's in the Sun it must be true. Somehow i can't imagine anyone at Rangers sitting around a table and telling Barton to say sorry. Barton won't be able to keep quite for 3 weeks about this and i think he's trying to play his ticket out the door,People at his book events constantly asking questions and wouldn't be surprised if some were put up to it by the media recording devices in hand pushing Bartons buttons hoping he will crack,They will try and wind him up also on twitter to get him to say something and then jump all over it. They want Barton to be sacked and they want Warburton gone also simply to appease the unwashed.
