After a awful performance against Falkirk we travel to St Mirren. The fixtures keep on coming in the SPL but we remain behind Celtic and we'll need to make sure we get another three points. The last time we faced St Mirren in the league we won 2-1 at Ibrox however we lost to them 1-0 earlier in the season. Do changes need to be made after the Falkirk game? This is your chance to pick your team, If you were Walter Smith who would you be playing? The reason that Lee McCulloch isn't available up there is because on the website it says he'll be doubtful to play, but I don't think many of you would have picked him anyway.

A few pointers unless people are confused, both Barry Ferguson and Allan McGregor remain up there because while they have no chance of playing; this poll is about who you would play! So if you think one or both of them deserve to start then please pick them because this poll is about who you would pick not about guessing the most likely line up.

Right Back: Bougherra ( Athlete, classy, ballsy, good technique and keen to get forward from CB, he would adapt. )

Striker: Naismith ( have him doing whatever he wants, get him back to his Killie performances )

Total overhaul but I think we would still beat most teams and it would give us youth and exhubberance, Kris Boyd, Ferguson Christian Dailly, Weir and Lee McCulloch would never make it anywhere my team for fitness and mobility reasons alone never mind their lack of skill, quality or ability.

Subs would be : Mcgregor, Whittaker, Novo, Edu

my real dream team and formation would be:

An attacking 3-5-2, we dont even need fullbacks in this league and if our midfield gives us as much width as this there is no need, Thompson would sit and do what he does best , crunching tackles and driving it forward, Davis can feed Fleck or interchange and overlap along with Edu. AAron can get to the buyline and provide Velicka with crosses to attack or knock down to Naismith who I would have sitting as far up as he can . Our 3 centre backs are solid and good in the air and can be supported and link with Thompson. we could murder teams in midfield like this and have 4 attacking midfielders tearing at opposition back lines. If we pack our midfield with a good quality, young attacking set up we will run all over and outfox opposition midfields.

This will NEVER happen though, too adventurous but Im POSITIVE it would work.

I dont like any of our current fullbacks (altho Whittaker appears passable last couple of games). I have a tendency to pick younger players in my teams, and, well... thats it

Lets give Davis a chance at his natural position.

I think that we should be looking to use width and pace (Beasley, Aaron) but I would also like to see Naismith as a striker. So ideally this team would be the team I would like to see.
