CanadianBacon 2,088 Posted December 28, 2009 Share Posted December 28, 2009 I received an e-mail from one of the authors (there's two, I think??) dated the 23rd Dec - in it he states that "after many hold-ups at his printers, the books finally arrived" - the day before - (22nd Dec) so I'll guess they'll now be available on-line or at whatever outlets they're stocking the thing in??
