tbh there hasnt been a rangers number 1 for years, except letizi, that i would rate better or worse than the others

shagger, wattereus, klos, charbonnier even

the best way i look at these guys is ho they have came into the side

charbonnier came in after we lost goram, did we miss him, not really

klos came in when charbonnier got crocked, did we miss the frenchman? nope

wattereus came in when klos got crocked, did we miss him? not at all

personally i think wattereus was vastly underrated when here, always remember his first old firm game at the piggery, and that was our first win there in 5 years

also his save against porto away when we reached the last 16, think we had just equalised and he got to a header that the porto players were already celebrating as a goal

I'll always remember Watereuss for that day at Porkheid. (tu)

basically shagger got us to manchester

ayee true :mcgregor: :scot:

Untrue :P It was Alexander who was in goals for the games against Fiorentina :) A pen save which was terrific involved too :P

However to answer the original question which really needs no clarification....

KLOS!!!! :D

Maybe this is just my memory being kind but I seem to remember that in the 02-03 season Klos seemed to make great saves practically every game. He really was awesome. Shagger's got the potential to surpass him, but for now looking at what each has contributed to the club it's got to be Klos.

On a side note, I honestly can't think of many clubs in Europe that have two goalies as good as ours. Alexander would walk into most teams in the English PL IMHO.
