VB respond to the NOTW "story" on Sunday.

Recommended Posts

Comprehensively researched, well written, and nails the rancid Rangers hater, Phil from Donegal(actually, it's Baillieston).

Phil has been peddling his unique form of Rangers hating bile for a decade or so, a regular as 'Phil from Donegal' on numerous phone-in shows, utilising his various children crying at the dinner table over songs being sung by Rangers supporters. He was most pro-active with Spiers, a couple of BBC Scotland Producers, and an Administrator or two within UEFA, to ensure Rangers were targeted. It goes on, and he goes on using sectarian language on various Sellik supporting websites, lapping up the plaudits from his fellow delusionals.

Why the 'IN' with the NotW?

Simply, former Chief Reporter with the Record for a decade, Anna Smith is a columnist at the blatt. Anna has an even longer track record in Rangers hating than Phil.

VB is self funding and not for profit. And like the vast majority of other sites our reason for being is simply a love of the Rangers.

"Defending Our Traditions"

Very commendable - i'm sure if funds were needed an appeal would fall on sympathetic ears.

Maybe the money people used to squander on the RST could be funnelled that way if required.

Kudos to the VB for dissecting the rhubbish that this serpent is spewing out. Let him keep digging his own grave, and document every bit of it; when his karma catches up to him, it will be very sweet to witness.

AS also is a resident of the west of Ireland. Wonder if theres any connection between them other than their hatred of Rangers and shite 'journalism'. I just had my dinner there and the thought of those two :anguish:

A little irony that somebody whom played a small part in getting us dragged up in front of UEFA for use of the word F*nian, refers to us on Celtic websites by way of the equivalent word, H**. Nothing like practising what you preach, eh.

He has no credibility at all on this issue, and his obvious Celtic bias is well documented throughout the last decade or so. This considered, I'm amazed he's allowed to write a Rangers article for a national rag. You wouldn't even get such a green slanted opinion in the Celtic View ffs.

Even more disturbing is the fact that the News of the World knows this little fact also but are quite prepared to use his aherm...literary skills because the focal point of the attack is Rangers FC.

Martin Bain...Alistair Johnston....the floor is yours.

You could IF YOU WANTED issue a statement stating that you would prefer if all Rangers fans stopped buying this paper and the Sun with immediate effect.

After all Martin....you are in posession of the facts as well isn't that so?;)
