No bother boys (tu)

A light shone in the sky somewhere ahead

Blue flags flying high with white and red

And, stirring the night, flute music played

The light I saw in the night was a Rangers parade

“Step up and play”, each wee flute seemed to say

as I walked singing aloud the famine song

“Just bang the drum and see the Billy Boys come

and if you're a Tim you can just fuckin jog along

And music played as the big banners swayed

Yes, it played and it played, played through the night

“No surrender and fuck the scum in Green and White

"Ban Penny Arcade. No sectarianism in Scottish football # h***"

Jesus wept.

edit: Cheeky edit from me ;)

The previous Answer said it was written by Samuel King, while in prison in Northern Ireland and that the song was popular by Loyalists, who would use it to throw money in a hat which would then be used to help the UDA

I've got to admit that your little add-on was the inspiration for all of that, young Ben!

So if I hadn't read your post I wouldn't have even thought of doing that wee ditty,

therefore you can take the credit for it. :praise:
