He's hardly Rangers captain material and I'm also not a fan of a 'keeper taking that role.

Ignacio 5
Not for me, thanks. He's hardly Rangers captain material and I'm also not a fan of a 'keeper taking that role.aside from the obvious Casillas/Spain point, watch that Killie game on the last day again. Who was going mental at 3-0 because we'd slackened off? McGregor.
Hoody 103
More than captain material but I prefer an out field player to wear the armband

MayboleLoyal_atb 4,115
If he signs a 6 year deal he's showing tremendous commitment and passion towards the club. A love the guy but wid have to agree with caseyjones about no liking the keeper as captain.
AndyRfc 20
Naismith for me. All the attribute of a captain imo.

Stu1993 101
Its going be McCulloch anyway if not weir. If not him then Davis, as he has had the armband a few times before, not the most outspoken player but leads by example and McGregor doesnt need an armband to be able to shout at the players on the park.
