mrwin 393 Posted August 29, 2012 Share Posted August 29, 2012 DANDY NICHOLLS sets a poser by running two live contenders in the six-furlong handicap at Catterick today but I have no hesitation in going for INDEGO BLUES (4.10) even though the market is finding it hard to separate him and newly-recruited stablemate Llewellyn.The selection has good course form, having finished a promising third on his debut and won a two-year-old maiden there on two previous visits, and proved his liking for soft ground when making all in a conditions event at Pontefract early last month.Indego Blues has failed to build on that return to form on both subsequent starts but he was taken on for the lead and burned himself out in better class at Haydock, while the combination of fast ground and a seventh furlong did for him at Redcar last time.The handicapper has dropped him 4lb for those two efforts, which has allowed him back into Class 5 company, and he's well-drawn in stall two for a frontrunner, so everything is in place for a big run.I'm into London today but will be doing this Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
